Chia-Ti is one of my all time favorite yoga teachers... she got me back into yoga a few years ago with her depth of knowledge and love that flows so naturally out of her.

The soft hips to get more upper back arch is a very good tip. My shoulder are so tight I often use my heals to gently squeeze my hands together...I know my feet are too close to my shoulders....not real pretty but it works for me.
