boot with an Ubuntu Live CD

have a copy of the NTLDR on USB copy it over to the Windows drive partition.

or boot with Windows CD, go to the part as if you would install it on a partition such as C:\

then go to the Recovery Console option, and when you log into the C:\

type in seperated by Enter presses:

FIXMBR

FIXBOOT

your computer is not really broken, you probably changed something that shouldn't be changed in it, that why that error message is prompting, google the error message and try to find some solution, did you try to reinstall windows?
