I own one of these and the rent is usually between 3,500 and 4,000 THB per month depending on floor level and overall condition..... so we are looking at roughly £80 to £90 pounds a month.... plus electric which won't cost much if you don't leave the Air-con on all day.

Nirun Grand Ville is a nice quiet place away from all the madness of Central Pattaya but beach Road and Walking street is only a 5 minute,10 Baht bus ride away. Hope this helps.
