Great video! Another point is that for example, when you are moving to the RIGHT, (left leg over right) be sure that when your bring your right leg back around your left, into the side by side parallel poition, you push off hard, this is how you will generate all your power and speed.

Hey I play AAA and was trying to find a video for my brother but then this video is right but wrong. What I mean by that let's say u cross over you left leg then your right leg needs to cut/push the ice to get back. This is where your power comes from
