With the MiniTool partition manager wizard, it is easy for you to delete partition, copy partition , change drive letter and other operations. Some editions are FREEEEE. Any of you who need it can have a try.

Sigh, i've been trying that over and over but all its says is "windows cannot modify the drive letter of your system volume or boot volume." :(
