  • Bueno, de por si yo tampoco, a pesar de que sufro de la columna desde niño, tengo escoliosis, pero no tengo descalcificación en ningún hueso. Ahora, igual si, comparto parte de tu alimentación con la mía, yo como de todo, entre ese todo, también como frutas, vegetales (que me encantan) pero en lo que respecta, la leche no me ha hecho daño y solo la tomo esporádicamente o cuando quiero hacer chocolate o avena.

  • @alvarito285 Google actual medical journals about the adverse health effects from the ingestion of cows milk. The only reason people believe milk is healthy is because the dairy industry spends millions of dollars to keep it that way. Cows milk is filled with estrogen(female hormone). Google what estrogen does to the male body :p Milk is meant for baby cows, that's it. Not dogs, not cats, and not humans. Lactose, casein, acidic protein, growth hormones and anti-biotics. It's killing us

  • @qasddddd1 OK well, look I'm not scientific, cannot be true what you say, it would have to investigate further with regard to the fact, now, if I tell you, that not all human bodies react equal to each food or drink that they consume. There is a saying in my country that says: "the food of some is poisons for others", and so, example: I like the milk and its derivatives, all my life I dropped super well, while others fall off fatal their bodies do not toleratethat's what I mean.

  • @alvarito285 People also drink Coca Cola. I don't think there's a person in the world who would say the stuff is healthy for you. You are free to believe what you wish, I'm just pointing out the facts. Milk is bad for you. If you're going to drink the stuff, keep it to a minimum otherwise you're just asking for issues. Same goes for meat. You'll thank me later when your buddies are having heart bypasses. If we were meant to eat this crap, it wouldn't do this to us.

  • @qasddddd1 Excuse me, but you do not confuse one thing with another, Coca Cola is garbage, milk is food, the food is what I mean, Coca Cola is not food. Do not mix food drink (that maybe won't be for you, but if for many) along with junk food has nothing to do with what I said. I repeat, to which I referred, that "the food of one is poison for others", is that certain bodies do not tolerate foods that others are digestible, I speak of food brother not of garbage.

  • @alvarito285 Milk is food. Food for calves, with different genetics, blood, nutritional needs, and several stomachs. Humans have no more a need of cows milk than they do milk from any other animal(believe me, I know)  According to the dairy industries 2 in 3 people don't get enough calcium, which by extensions means that 2 in 3 people aren't getting enough dairy. I've never been calcium deficient and I don't drink cows milk, nor do I take supplements. My fruits and veggies are naturally...

  • @qasddddd1 healthy and loaded with every vitamin and nutrient that I need. People are now aware that meat is unhealthy. It took us long enough... We're slowly starting to learn that milk is in the same boat. People are starting to figure it out :)

  • @qasddddd1 Well, if I either, while I suffer of the spine as a child, I have scoliosis, but not have any bone decalcification. Now, like Yes, I agree with part of your diet with mine, I as of yet from this everything, also as fruit, vegetables (which I love) but in so far as, milk did me damage and only the volume occasionally or when I made chocolate or oats.

  • @qasddddd1 Here we buy milk powder, but it is rare for the time that her we consume, at least as I told you, that is needed to make a cake, some dessert, drinks and milkshakes. But that is not all day. It's like a taste, nothing more.

  • @alvarito285 There's some great vegan recipes online, actually :p I make vegan oatmeal cookies and chocolate cake all the time. Dairy, eggs, and cruelty free. There's also vegan butter, all sorts of vegan milks(which act as dairy milk does in baking), egg replacer. I help run a yoga class, and it's amazing watching some of the radical changes when people pick up a plant based diet :)

  • @qasddddd1 Imagine, if we talk about junk food, more than one on this planet must be sick or suffering from something. But it is very different from that by family inheritance or x situation, a person is allergic to certain foods, which therefore can not tolerate them. ......

  • @qasddddd1 ....A premium is a vegetarian, her daughter does not tolerate milk and is allergic to certain vegetables, do you understand? Is what I mean, bone Coca cola? Everyone knows that Coca Cola is extremely harmful, and therefore would never come as food.

  • I love milk! It's delicious, good for your teeth, gums, overall body and health. Raw milk is much better though.

  • its a natural steroid, but that dont make it a good thing, then as you get older, you willl get constipated, bloated and your will bleed it out, i call it lactose intolerance

  • Don't just drink milk because you work out. Look to the future and Drink lots of milk to help avoid brittle bones and osteoporisis in old age !!!

  • Its not a matter of looks, its a matter of nutrition. Im not saying you need milk to get more muscle/build, but it is a good source of calcium and protein.

  • certainly, and as I said before. It is not required to cosume milk/dairy products to get your protein intake. There are other ways such as whole grains. And you want to have a steady diet when it comes to meat. Becuase you don't want too much, ya dont want too little. I recommend tuna as a good protein sorce and chicken. They are both high in protein and low in fat. So yeah, there are other sources other than dairy to get your protein. But make sure you get vitamins and carbs also.
