Oh, cool, you never mentioned this was back up! I guess Rob Zombie's music got caught up in the big licensing argument between W-B and Google? I see the right owner has opted for the 'monetize' option--advertisements for the music that's playing in this video.
This was one of the first few AMVs I'd seen on Youtube that opened my eyes to the potential of vidding with the G1 cartoon as source material and inspired me to make my own. :) Thank you for the great video!
you finally got the vid back up. ahh the Stunticon 5 homicidal highway hellions bent on total road wrecking. Just teh song for them (considering a dragula is actually a monster car of some kind from the Munsters)
...your comment is what caused me to learn that it was back. I didn't do anything, Youtube just put it up after there was a restriction in place over the music. I'm not quite sure why it was back, but here it is. Yay! Thanks for telling me. :)
i just had an idea what about ozzy osbourne's/Madonna's Crazy train remix for RID Team Bullet Train? Or Waking the Demon by Bullet for my Valentine for the Terrorcons (G1/Energon) . have no idea for the G1 Predacons wait it just came to me "Animal i have become" by 3 Days Grace.
why don't you like the stunticons? They're a needed team for the 'Cons. Afterall most of the decep's don't have speedy ground modes (Constructicons aren't very fast/bulldozers aren't speed demons/same w/blitzwing- tanks aren't built for speed either)
Man, I haven't heard this song in a while. It rocked. Pretty sweet vid! I liked how you synced up the word "slam" right when Motormaster T-bones Prime, the word "nuckle" when Drag Strip raises his fist, and especially with Menasor fighting Superion from behind with "Devil on your back". Great stuff! Each of the 6 robots got to "sing" part of the song too. Really great.
Thanks, that's very kind of you to say. As for the episodes, I basically went through the end of Season Two, starting from "The Key to Vector Sigma". Just looking, there is also the Cosmic Rust ep, the one with the race, Starscream's Brigade, and the one where the Stunticons were captured and Prime and co impersonated them.
Perhaps, but I don't have access to the DVDs like I did. I have a couple of ideas though, so we'll see. Obviously, you've seen my Bob the Builder one. :)
LOL I just pictured sweet tooth from Twisted Metal Black since his car transforms!
hey, I got an idea for you. How about a clip showcasing the Combaticons to Misery Loves Company's "This is no dream?" If you want to hear the song, I have it under my Sniper Elite video and I can email you the sound file
That was really good, I enjoyed that. Good music choice.
I don't think any of the scenes were too long. I HATE those fan videos that only show a short flash of a scene; not long enough to see anything or for there to be any movement within the scene. As if being timed to the music means changing to a new clip with each new bar of music.
The only thing I'd mention is that in one or two scenes, the Stunticons were technically the Autobots in disguise. But who cares, and that works anyway. =)
Thanks. And yeah, I decided that for the purposes of this video that that was an unrelated instance of the Stunticons just happening to be driving down a very similar cliff. :)
I thought I was sufficiently quick on this - some AMVs can just let scenes drag and so instead of having video matching sound you just have misplaced video and audio.
Thanks! You should check out some of the original episodes, some are silly but there's some real love in there too, a rare thing for what was essentially a 30-minute advertisement for toys.
It was like watching a video I would've done for it. Lots of the same scenes I would pick to go with the lyrics and timed well. Well done. I love seeing videos doen by someone who appreciates timing and clip relevance to the lyrics.
Hey, thanks! It was a relief to see more well-done videos like your own (I had a peek at your work after I read your comment) - it's good stuff! I particularly like the fight club video. It looks like videos with a degree of effort in them are few and far between.
As an aside - how did you find this video? Do you belong to any TF communities or did you just search youtube?
Usually once a week I search "transformers music videos" and sort by date added just to see what's being put out there. Your's was one I hadn't seen yet, I liked the song, and when I read it was about the Stunticons thought it had some potential to be good. I was not disappointed:)
Yeah, Stunticons vs Autobot cars rock my socks. I loved how Motormaster drove OVER Wheeljack. They probably aren't going to win any ground over the Constructicons, but I do have newfound respect for them.
Excuse me but that is enough of that, please. I don't think that Sparkly eyes or 'Squee' are particularly Japanese in origin, and for all you know, Becky herself is japanese. Either way, I have no interest in this being a forum for arguing why G1 is better than Anime and flaming others, expecially those I consider friends.
I'm with Wingus. Awesome timing, and I notice it primarily because I've seen plenty of videos that swing and miss on the timing -- some much, much worse than others. And excellent song pick, indeed; it really does fit the Stunticons.

This is one of the best G1- no, one of the best music videos I've ever seen! It's amazing!
(I may be a bit biased because you mixed some of my favourite characters with one of my favourite songs, but oh well!)

its funny how the song acually goes good with this, I give you that

Thank you! What're you going to base it off?
invisiblemoosenz 4 years ago
I've made two G1-based vids: one is about the Aerialbots and the other is Tracks-centric.

When I here this song I always think of G1 scourge.maybe cause he looks like a metallic
version of Rob Zombie's "Hell Billy"persona.

Windows Movie Maker. It's a very user friendly program. It's on any Windows XP system with Service Pack 2.

Dead End. It's weird, I never really cared for them all that much beforehand.

Hey your Stunticons video is just one of the most impressive Transformers video I have ever seen.
Just wondering what episodes did you use for this video?
I give your Stunticons 5 stars

it's a shame the stunticons werent used in the movie. can you imagine the car chases and stunts?!
gabrielnyc 4 years ago
In the new movie? Well they do have Barricade. In my opinion, Evil Police Car trumps Evil Civilian Car any day of the week.
invisiblemoosenz 4 years ago
cop cars always looked cooler. Mad Max's interceptor, Robocop's car, that armored truck with the mini guns from Tango & Cash
gabrielnyc 4 years ago
More like, it's a DECEPTICON Police Car, y'know? I think the only thing better than that would be a Decepticon Ice cream truck.

I keep getting told that.. is timing not such a big issue for these things? For me, I think that it should be important EVERY Time.

Yeah. I guess I'm just rather impatient with some of my vids, as I tend to want to let whole scenes play out and neglect good timing.
