It's called unconventional warfare, and it's pretty cowardly and dangerous. You'd have a problem if there was an IED hiding in every fifth dead raccoon. As for Fort Hood, I already explained that the military is made of individuals. It's not possible to get into every person's head, especially when the feds are the ones who want you to be politically correct and give special opportunity to minorities. I've had one too many YouTube battles, so I'll leave it here.

It's a term used to describe a tactic of fighting we have encountered before, in 'Nam and our own Revolution. We're using revamped Cold War tactics to fight them, and it isn't totally successful. We aren't losing, the Afghan government is becoming more and more reliable (dismal and sensationalist media aside). Maybe it wasn't smart to get into this war, but it saved a lot of people from the Taliban, and we need to clean up after ourselves at least.
