@rw5791 I like thick neck strats, but the Warmoth boat has spoiled me to the point that most other necks seem thin now. The Clapton will be similar in shape but is not as thick - the Boat is a full 1" thick before you even put frets on it...
HS-3 is in the bridge, HS-2 in the middle, and YJM in the neck. They are very clear and low output, but that makes them sound much clearer for high gain stuff...

@TRWilley, I see what you mean.More meat on the neck= more tone.I think I might go for the 59 in a compromise at just under 1".
