My source (former Navy Intel/NSA) says there are 140,000 Chinese, Russian, and other troops in US, most of Chinese in California, Russians up north. The agreement of NorthCom happened during Bush's (the younger) administration. You can figure out the rest. I live in the northern tip of NY and I had a similar run in the the border patrol, except this was a road block. they asked me to pull over. took me and my friends license and questioned us, searched my truck. and held us for about 30 minutes, then like you very politly said now you can go. This was maybe mid 2007
