Electronic doors are not safe and reliable in my opinion and if by some astronomical chance you say get caught in a flood with the top up and water gets in the system your screwd And personally automatic doors are to slow and incconvienent I prefer to open and close the door myself the old fashioned way I mean how lazy can people get.

Sadly this vehicle will never come to be, but Cadillac says that this magnificent car points toward a new direction in design so I hope that it truly inspires the designers of future production caddys to make them as stunning as this.
I think this will come out as the new flag ship of caddies as the have not had one since retiring the brougham, and trying to rebadge the deville....
The miss the new flag ship and the XTS is not going to full fill its place but thankfully the 2000s with the CTS and STS has made a big change for a true caddie....
Hopefully they will never resort to the past mistakes of the cimarron and caterra......

While I will still prefer the classics, this is the first CADILLAC to roll out of assembly since they retired the 1980 Fleetwood Brougham D'Elegance (Which retired in 1992)
i think the styling is unique, innovative, which is why it is controversial. the design's execution is flawless. it's almost as if they designed it to say 'fuck you, i'll be what i want to be.' definitely making a different statement than most german and japanese cars. all i can say is, hate it or love it, they did something different and left nothing on the table. great job caddy
I think its great. Remember it is JUST a concept, they always dull things down in production versions (if it even goes) to make it more usable, so it would get smaller. Either way i think it looks good and they had all the right motives when making it

This car has to have a roof, somehow. At least a soft top. All those expensive wood panels, leathers, and instruments absolutely need some protection.
I think people bored with German luxury sedans would drop $100,000 for one of these if it made production. Cadillac's are suppossed to be big and bold.
The problem with the American automakers are they come up with the most beautiful concepts but they never build those cars for the consumers, instead they build their crappy cars for the consumers that start to break down within months! every other car company out there builds a car closes to their concept and introduces it to the market immediately, unlike the Americans it will probably take years before they bring the awesome designs out or may be even never!
take a rectangular box and stick a wheel in each corner....must have been the easiest project the exterior designers have ever had the priviage of working on....
