How can one have a meeting of the minds with something that exists only as a concept in one's mind? Can Mr or Mrs. STATE OF TEXAS stand up in court and claim you injured them?

I accept that many have succumb to this conditioning and this material is not directed at them and I do not have the time or resources to convert this into a simplified entertaining cartoon.
That is an interesting observation. I have found that when one is ready, time and presentation are immaterial. Most people will not bother as their ego does not allow the observer to view information that threatens its control of experience. We are conditioned to have no more than a few seconds of attention span. Learning something heavily nuanced or requiring more than a single sound-bite to relate.
