When you take away the time off, Rock has only been in WWE for 5.5-6 years. John Cena has been champion 13 times in 6 years, and the WWE needs to get off his balls, but Cena has already put in more work than the rock has. The Rock has had to overcome more, being champion 7 times with only one title, and john cena didnt have to compete with HHH, Undertaker, Stone Cold, Kurt Angle, Chris Benoit, RVD, all in their prime.

Cena=more work

The Rock=accomplished more.
