Does anyone have a link for the noise(s) made by 'everything RF' on earth? Not the cosmic reflections off of our ionoshpere... but those emenating out into space? These too have been recorded. They also say that these out bound RF signals have decreased greatly since the introduction of digital comm and directed microwave comm. Is this true? Any links? Cheers.

PS. Is it true SETI have wasted billions looking for RF signals when "intelligent life" are very unlikely to use it...RF? Like us now!

I'm sorry but youre incredably ignorant. The narrator is simply saying that because our planet transmits these sounds and waves, perhaps other planets do as well (thats why theyre looking at Jupiter next).

The narrator is saying that aliens (if they exist), could pick up these radio waves and use them to contact us on Earth.
