on frame one: Black. frame 2: Dark gray Frame 3: light gray. Frame 4: gone. and then wait some frames. After that he'll appear on another location as light gray then dark gray and then fully black again.

if you go to Droidz(dot)com you can get really good sticks put in like this droidz . com with out the spaces
