I watched this live on UK television in 1973 with my parents. In my opinion, this is one of the finest songs ever written (not just for the Eurovision Song Contest), and Anne-Marie performs it superbly. This song well deserved first place and I'm right glad Anne-Marie won! Look for the stereo version here on YouTube. It's excellent.

it was either spain or luxembourg...they were both really good songs...I just want to see this in our days...I mean I was born in 1989 and my first eurovision was in 1998 when Dana International one...(The first i saw) the old eurovision are amazing, at lesat all the songs deserve good amount of points...however now we have bloc voting and weird things that some of the songs don't really deserve to win...I don't know I think they should change the voting system it is too unfair and political
