The FDA doesn't regulate suppliments until people die. That's why people shouldn't be taking any of them. No one knows what they do other than the hype they are told which probably isn't true. Side effects may include death but enjoy!

"These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA - it s not inteded to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease". That keeps the FDA away because it's not considered a drug since it DOESN"T diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease". You can expect with no doubt that disclaimer will be on there if it's legal.
i started hydoxycut yesterday, is awful, cant sleep ,hav been awake more than 20 hours, and i took only 2 caps a day,1 before workout 8 am and next pill at 6pm but cant sleep now is 2am this shit is nightmare,
have been on Hydroxycut for a week now and I am up to 6 pills a day. I drink 6 22oz glasses of water have one tin of red salmon a bowl of special k and a 100g yogurt per day and Im feeling great. If I do feel hungry throughout the day I just drink more water :)
Ya I just moved up to 6 pills a day. My diet is pretty good as I eat mostly healthy, low calorie foods, but I'd like to have the discipline to cut back even more calories per day.

fda banned hydroxycut...lol...nothing surprising. FDA is slow...i knew this a long while back that Hydroxycut causes nervous system and liver damage.

yeah you took it wrong this is like a support on your work out that gives you stamina and fast metabolism. try to take 1 a day b4 you workout
then after that don't take anymore in that day
this helps me works like a horse in gym. that why you will lose weight. remember to much isn't good. so drink moderately lol
