Hey, thanks for the tip, you saved me a bundle. Funny how the manual doesn't show this process, it's a simple fix, but I've got to figure out how to capture all of that water...what a mess I had. Again, many thanks!!!

Thank you so much from a Man you did a great job and saved me a lot of money 109.00 dollars. You are so smart and vid was to the T. Tahnk you again Lou...
I usually don't post any comments to videos, but I really wanted to say THANK YOU for your video! My washer stopped spinning and started throwing that F02 error a couple of days ago. I did NOT want to call a repairman! I found your video which was very easy to follow along with your instructions from another site, and my washer is now working!! It was a sock, lint, a penny and other junk that was the culprit. Thank you!! Thank you!! You saved me close to $200!!
@jenbresson There's also a secondary part in the back where the black drain hose connects to the back of that same part. The water comes from the washer, into the black flex hose, through that drain screen (the one you pulled out), and then to the pump. Loose things get caught there first and if they make it through that they end up in the trap you pulled out. Thanks for the info.
Thank you for the vid! Exact same thing happened here, and now I have to go fix the washer. Not looking forward to the gallon of standing water in the washer...and the nasty gunk.
Thanks. You've saved me over $100. I have the Kenmore HE3. I went one step further, and actually stuck my finger into the output tube that led to the water exhaust pump. That's where I pulled out the fabric layer of an insole from a pair of sneakers. Who knew that could get trapped in there. The fabric had jammed the wheel in the pump. Since it couldn't spin, the water couldn't get pumped out, causing a backlog of stale and sudsy water, thus indicating an "SUD" and an "F, 02" reading.
This is the exact same problem I am having!! I was about to call the repair man but I'm glad you posted this video. Thanks for all the little tips and warnings, this will really help. wish me luck!!
Thank you very much for your help. My mother was about to pay some guy $175 to do what i just did. So i what to say thank you for taking time to do this video. Thank you again.
