  • beautiful car, and it's GENTLEMAN style, not ghetto style! love it!

  • To be honest I didn't care for most cars from the 70's. However, this car is one huge exception. I like these cars a lot. They were nice looking and also nicely designed. Even the interior was implemented with some restraint. Granted its a boat mobile but a very comfortable ride. I also liked the unusual and unique front wheel drive engineering that went into these cars. What a nice car. :)

  • @jkeelsnc Are you more of a 50s car guy ?

  • @67tr876 50's and 60's I'd say. There are a few specific models from the 70's that ARE interesting though just like the Eldo.

  • Wrong wheels.

  • Elegant Caddy for sure! I love the huge land yachts from back in the day.

What happened to the "train horn" sound? Sound like the horn is missing a couple notes.

  • The song playing in the car is "I Tell It Like It Used To Be" by T. Graham Brown

  • very nice Cadillac

  • what's the name of the song at 1:00 ?

  • I used to have a small business detailing cars when I was 20 years old. These cars were just 4 years old then. I would pick them up and deliver when finished...if needed. I always loved to drive the big caddys and lincolns. When you would go over railroad tracks you felt nothing. Hard to say which rode better. After getting out of each car after driving it you might say, the lincoln, then drive the caddy right after saying that, then you would say the caddy. What do you all think?

  • WOW this is nice!!!

  • @TransAMGTA1988 Yes it is! Almost as nice as your STS :)

  • @Coupe7576 I like those big old Cadillacs like this much more. :)

  • how much do you reckon it would cost to rebuild a '76 cadillac eldorado engine?

  • I dont know really =/ Hope someone has the answer for you!

Found pistonheads for 239 US dollars and that is 685.022 RON for you ;)

  • that's not bad at all, thanks a lot !

  • Tomescuadi: 2000 dollar will be 5 738 Romanian leu for you ;)

  • if you do it yourself you could get it done for around $2,000, having someone do it could be $5,000 depending on the person.

i know to replace cam, timing chain etc etc it is about $500 parts

  • Woo 2000 dollars! Well I hope the engine holds after that =)

  • I Had a friend recently drop 2500 into a cadillac 500 engine. very well worth it though

  • Of course worth it! ;)

  • i drive a 75 eldo, mpg is about 15 highway, 12 city

  • Thats not bad actually!

  • 500CI or the 425 CI ?

  • 500

  • what CC and MPG ?

  • 8200 cc and about the mpg , I have no clue ^^

  • The 1976 Eldorado is my favorite car

  • The Cadillac Sixteen is a beast!

  • and so are you ;) haha!

  • hahaha ah visst ;)

  • awesome

  • God, this is a proper Cadillac, what a Caddy should be. I really dislike the new CTS-V because it is just a copy of the BMW M5 and the Mercedes C and E class AMG things. It just doesn't feel right for a Cadillac.

Btw: Im guessing you guys have seen the Cadillac Sixteen, now thats a proper car!

  • We all cant share same opinions but I really like the new CTS-V :) Its raw beauty! And yes this is a real proper car on the video ;) my dream next to a Fleetwood or Deville of the same year.

And Sixteen..ohh! What a gorgeous goddess it is!

Thanks for commenting on this great video! Take care!

  • really nice vehicle

  • Front wheel drive?

  • yes it is!

  • those look like original miles. i guarantee. youll never see a cadillac like this one made for today. nice

  • One of the most beautiful cars ever made!

  • You got that right! ;)

  • Competition For the Mark IV.

Nice car but I like the Mark IV better ;)

  • I can vouch for the fact that these are extremley reliable and amazing to drive.I have a 77 eldorado and it is easy to work on, and an all around great car, turns heads wherever it goes.

  • okey thats great info for me! Thanks!

  • very majestatic. Excelent car. Shows class and taste of the owner.

  • yes! I would not say no to this beauty. I really want it, but maybe a Eldorado coupe instead.

  • another nice thing about them is that when do have to replace something on them, good parts are cheap., and easy to find.

  • Okey thats great info too! If I want to find parts in US thats is as good as orginal parts, what brand should I use?

  • personally i go to auto zone and checker auto parts. sometimes i have good luck on ebay, it depends on what you are looking for.

  • it still moves!
