Trick is that you try to release as straight as possible to gain maximum speed - @ 180 degrees. NOT 45 degree.

for some reason mine only lets me play how far you can go in 30 secs, maybe becuz itz lite version. Anyways in the 30 secs i got 659.1 thats my best
