Well of course... when you have cyclists who think they are above the law and then cry foul it's called a double standard. Cyclists in this city routinely run traffic lights, ride on the sidewalk, weave in and out of traffic and cut off pedestrians and drivers alike because they think they own the road. When a drunk driver with a history of road rage and reckless behaviour dies in an accident, if they are on a bicycle they think they should be exempt from the laws.

Like Charles said, The incompetent Judge who let his little buddy Mikey off the hook should be required to have his monthly bank statements and financial transactions scrutinized monthly for the next 50 years, or until Mikey and his douche bag are dead.

the big problem in canada is that people here don't like each other. they don't feel that they have to treat others with respect. they want respect - but they can't give respect. you must pass a cyclist as you would a vehicle - on their left and only after changing lanes first. canada is a country of ethnic groups who all hate each other in secret...
