  • Punk IPA from Scotland BrewDog is the best IPA I have try so far. I am not really into IPA much they really don't do anything for me

  • can't believe you weren't sold on Titan IPA! lol that is possibly my favorite IPA, and one of my favorite beers of any style. Just an idea, maybe try to research what ingredients/methods were used in making each beer (I know it can be tough, Great Divide does not reveal what it uses for Titan), just to give a little context to what you are saying. Well done though, and good choices for reviewing the IPA style.

  • I just saw your video where you made an IPA. I was hoping to see your beer as one of the beers you taste along side the store-bought beers.

  • Don't exactly know how efficient it is to compare them one by one after just a sip of water, but it doesn't seem the most efficient way to gauge them against one another.

  • Are you guys going to make some more videos? I enjoy your reviews.

  • Hell yes. Two hearted is AWESOME. Drink a couple of those and im telling you that shit will sneak up on you haha.

  • Our local craft brew store occasionally carries Two Hearted Mini Kegs. Now those sneak up on ya!

  • No doubt! I live about 10 minutes from the Bell's brewery so i get to indulge fairly often haha. P.S. If you haven't checked out Bell's Oberon already you should do so.

  • That Two Hearted was a great beer!....

  • F ing Clueless

  • As I said in your other post, lets see your videos. Oh wait you haven't uploaded any! Don't insult what your unwilling to do, put up or shut up. Especially because we do this free of charge at our own expense. Don't watch I could care less!

  • Once again, your right I should not have insulted fellow beer advocates. Although I feel your reviews could be improved by not just describing the hops as piney/citrus/resin yet try to pinpoint what variety was used, bittering & aromatic. And dont just say that it is balanced because you taste malt, what type of malt. Were the beers bottle conditioned, or dry hopped...you get the point, just a little constructive criticism, not tryin to be a hater, have fun

  • Point well taken. I love constructive criticism its the only way we get better. Thanks for replying

  • I'm proud to be from Upper Michigan because of the Two Hearted River.

  • thats funny, victory hop is my favourite out of those 4

  • That's where the "India" part of the name came from LOL! I'm not lying! IPA's are good - its just that people developed a taste for it. There's nothing wrong with that!

  • not a big fan of ipa's - they used to put extra hops in the beer to keep in fresh on the way to India. It wasn't really supposed to taste good - just to not get the Brits sick. Funny how people appreciate the bitter taste of it today.

  • it was made by accident actually, porter made the trip fresh, look it up

  • tgshark1 hes right about the frip to india and the hops thing.

  • IPAs are my favorite, i love me a bitter bitter.

  • I know you guys are doing a good job KUDOS!...but...it seems kinda stilted...maybe go for less nervous more casual...but that will come with time...also, seems kinda rushed...I don't know if that is a factor with YouTube but...

  • u guys suck. wtf. hop devil is def better than all those. try 90 min ipa by dogfish head, thats the shit that killed elvis.

  • We reviewed the 90 minute in a double IPA episode we did later. Check it out!

  • As I watch your video, I am enjoying a Two-Hearted Ale...my favorite beer. I have to agree with your assessmant.

  • Man, you guys need to try out Harpoon IPA. Its a whale of a beer!

  • I had it on the Cape and its a great one looking forward to Rating it in the future.

  • haha "the cape" - guys throw a "wicked" in there sometime and I'll be happy!

  • im from outside downingtown...try the weisbier, old horizontal or storm king by victory..btw thumbs down to your vid....hater. jk. drink on beer lovers.

  • To be honest, this may have been an unfair rating for the Victory IPA. The other 3 we got from an excellent shop where we know everything is fresh. For the victory we had to drive out of state to a place we are not as familiar with, so it may not have been as fresh. While there were no "off" indications, the aroma hops are usually the first thing to go on a beer, and the aroma on this was poor at best.

We'll give it another try, and man, Storm King is an awesome brew too.

  • Once again, good choices for IPAs. Smuttynose Finest Kind, and The Tap Leatherlips are a couple of my favorites.

  • Where you could get Bell's? We can't find it in Texas.

  • Believe Bell's is only in MI, IN, OH, PA, KY, WI, MO, MN, NC, ND, VA, IA, FL

  • Ryan (the guy on the left): I have had Stone's and Bear Republic's IPA's and yes they deserve a place of honor. We plan on doing a second IPA tasting very soon. We limit our beers to 4 to give each a fair taste without blowing out our taste buds. But we will try to keep tasting some great beers. Thanks for watching!

  • I've had 3 of the 4 but Bell's Two Hearted Ale is consistently one of the best hoppy IPA's I've tried. A taste test isn't complete without an offering from Stone's, Lagunitas, Surly Furious and Bear Republic, however.

  • What the hell? Victory owns, it's better than the Titan IPA. But yeah, Bell's is always amazing.
