At whguh: Did you ever hear about text to speech? Well this would work nicely, as you can get ear buds that are perfectly water proof. Then you can hear what the caller is saying, and you could text back, the only problem being, (how would the signal work thru water)?? ;)

ummm have you tried talking underwater yet?....give it a go and then decide wether you still want a waterproof cell phone
