If you're not even close to where the target is it will do that. You have to be within a certain distance of it for that little animation of the arrow going towards the secret target. I figured that out when I started shooting at one without knowing where the hell I was supposed to shoot. I looked up some tips online and started shooting in the right relative location.

I hate you. I had to play the beginner level about a dozen times before I hit them all :)

I haven't even moved onto the intermediate and expert levels yet. What's with the timer one at the end of the expert level? Do you have to hit it before it reaches zero?

@rjones6801 Nope. It constantly resets. Also, with enough patience, all of these are very possible. In the end, expert difficulty may be the easiest. Just watch closely for reference points. EX: With the timer one, a large circle's bottom will just touch the ground line.
