If evolution is correct why are species distinct from each other with no evidence that they gradually evolved to other kind of species. Ever since apes are still apes, crocs are still crocs. Neandertals never interacted with modern man. Mutations are actually genetic defects. If you cross breed horse and donkey you will get a sterile mule. Fossils of lizards 250 million yrs ago indicated that they never evolved at all.

If we could only have mtDNA evidence extracted from a so called common ancestor of chimp and human, then it would be highly likely that human did not evolved from such common ancestor too. A common human-chimp ancestor is just a speculative concept based on not fully understood rate of mtDNA mutations.

Stop fighting about religion vs. evolution. You can believe both. My Catholic school is teaching us about evolution right now in biology class. Darwin's theory isn't the only one out there. Creationism and Evolution are both theories. They both have truth to it. Why is everyone always talkng Darwin? Alfred Wallace came independently to the same conclusions of evolution even before Darwin. He just didn't explain it in such detail as Darwin.

We are all complex biological machines, but that doesnt mean that every part of our being is contained or represented by those machines. instead of focusing on the propellers we should be looking at what force drives those little machines.

The mistake of this video's argument: is to assume that all organisms evolve at the same rate. Some organisms hardly evolve at all because they are perfectly suited to their environments (i.e. extreme temperatures like the boiling water loving bacterias). You are likely to see organisms evolve complex mechanism in more stable environments, some strains will evolve in scale for their survival while others in complexity, but none of this is random, and none of this just appeared out of nowhere.
The other mistake of this video is to assume that all bacteria have evolved at the same rate: this is utterly nonesense, some organisms do not evolve because they are perfectly suited to their environments (i.e. boiling water bacteria), other strain of bacteria will evolve complex mechanisms because they live in more stable environments giving rise to a host of predators. You will likely get complex mechanisms in even temperature water than extreme temps, this is not random at all.
Let me understand this video's argument, complex body parts in simple cell organisms is the reason why Darwinian evolution is wrong. All i have to say is: simple cell organisms didnt exist yesterday, they been evolving like everything else for billions of years, some of these bacteria evolve to more complex organism at a larger scale and others evolve complex mechanisms at a smaller scale. If evolution is correct why are species distinct from each other with no evidence that they gradually evolved to other kind of species. Ever since apes are still apes, crocs are still crocs. Neandertals never interacted with modern man. Mutations are actually genetic defects. If you cross breed horse and donkey you will get a sterile mule. Fossils of lizards 250 million yrs ago indicated that they never evolved at all.

If we could only have mtDNA evidence extracted from a so called common ancestor of chimp and human, then it would be highly likely that human did not evolved from such common ancestor too. A common human-chimp ancestor is just a speculative concept based on not fully understood rate of mtDNA mutations.

In Hebrew the precise tense of a verb is determined by the context. that is why it appears as contradictory when translated to english. Genesis 2:19 ‘out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air’. In Hebrew the actual translation comes out as this: " Now the LORD God had formed out of the ground all the beasts of the field"

Darwin's theory isn't the only one out there. Creationism and Evolution are both theories. They both have truth to it. If this was a philosophical debate both sides would be presented and the people should choose what to believe. Students should have the right to believe how they want to and not be indoctrinated by any one theory. A theory shouldn't be taught over the next unless it is completely invalid. And neither side is invalid. People say the Bible isn't accurate then prove it!

Also the world does show that there is geological evidence for a global flood. There are sea shells found on the top of Mt. Everest. Do you always think that mountains were the same height? The height of some "mountains," which were more like large hills, were much smaller than what we know as mountains. Also there are trees that are fossils in rock bed. Finally how are the stars in the sky placed so that we can understand what season it is? The moon shows us what time of the month it is.

Exactly Mt Everest is an old sea bed! So if the tectonic plates that mashed together they would cause the sea floor to rise which would cause sea shells to be on top of the mountain. The mistake of this video's argument: is to assume that all organisms evolve at the same rate. Some organisms hardly evolve at all because they are perfectly suited to their environments (i.e. extreme temperatures like the boiling water loving bacterias). You are likely to see organisms evolve complex mechanism in more stable environments, some strains will evolve in scale for their survival while others in complexity, but none of this is random, and none of this just appeared out of nowhere.

The other mistake of this video is to assume that all bacteria have evolved at the same rate: this is utterly nonesense, some organisms do not evolve because they are perfectly suited to their environments (i.e. boiling water bacteria), other strain of bacteria will evolve complex mechanisms because they live in more stable environments giving rise to a host of predators. You will likely get complex mechanisms in even temperature water than extreme temps, this is not random at all.

Let me understand this video's argument, complex body parts in simple cell organisms is the reason why Darwinian evolution is wrong. I've got to wonder what Creationists think evidence is, or how much evidence it takes to convince them. We've had the theory of evolution for 150 yrs and there's never been a single, substantial crack found in it; and meanwhile every fossil that has come out of the ground and every gene found in our DNA has strengthened the theory.
I think it's time we admitted that no amount of evidence will convince Creationists. They are simply not interested in truth.

The strange non-scientific description about the cell - being a machine - is later transformed to a straw man description/argument, about the bacterial flagellum - which is totally non-scientific and falsely shows incompetence of biologists to make evolutionary sense out of it. it was made up only to serve as the "crown" argument for the Intelligent Design. there's no real science here :(

Eating, drinking and sexual reproduction does not mean we are animals, that is just a lame ideology you are trying to impose on the world. Take a good look at the world around you, and notice how the world is dying, and then realize it's not the other animals that are doing it, it's your "superior" human animals that are destroying everything. I take a good look around and i see the wonderful creation of our father in heaven, life, even the air we breather is a miracle, just imagine if we could only get oxygen to breath only if we pay for it? how much could you pay for a life time to get oxygen? The world is dying cos we are turning away from God and has done evil things, so therefore evil rewards follow.

Yes am better, i am better than the animals, despite the fact that we were created by the same God, but he gave me dominion over them, he gave us the intelligence to make stuff like science which no animal can do, on those grounds, we are better than animals.

we were created by a higher lifeform, there are no gods, only the "gods" of the higher intelligence. Answer me this, we went from short robust boned neanderthals to what? Smaller boned, more significantly intelligent and with a greater knowledge of the world around us? If we were the ancestors of apes, then why are they still around? should they have evolved? natural selection would have taken over and evolved all of us, not just some. My theory is the summarian history. It explains so much

yet the summarian history explains so little, there is so much we do not know about our own origin, our significance in this world or even universe. We are so narrow minded about the impact we have globally. How many scientists with a reputation, and name to uphold, insist as Behe does, in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary. Time and again trotting out the same old refuted arguments, with no real evidence at all.

The only reason you people are so against evolution is because it conflicts with a literal Genesis interpretation. Point in case, evolution doesn't TRY to conflict with the Bible - it's just what we've discovered, and just so happens that it conflicts. You not liking that isn't "evil science's" fault.

There is a long road ahread.
I am convinced that evolution needs change. I dont think things are going to become clear soon. But people like Behe may end up proving us wrong.
Evolution is still the best model we have to work with, so I dont see what the problem is. Science and theology are self correcting over time & effort.
