@willymietz yes only the box itself...... awesome piece of equipment... more of a live vibe with this box, no program.... just made preset kicks and so on with my own basslines. Raise octave and record second bassline... You just cant use 2 different types of bassline. only one but you can change the octave and have a higher different sound...... synths are my fav.... wish it had more effects thought.......

(6 dbl a's) but i get em at da 99cent store and dey last 4 bout 4 hrs live play.........

i made my presets all with real time. never understood step recording, besides its a beat box, with this you supposed to know how to feel the beat. Hi, you say this works well with a Korg Kaossilator - Pocket Synthesizer?! So, in that respect you think it will work with the Korg Kaoss Pad as well? It seems obvious that it would but I just bought my Dr Groove from eBay about 3 days ago so I haven't hooked anything to the MIDI yet because my cables are barely coming in the mail but I do have the Dr. Sample SP-202 and that uses just RCA jacks to hook them together. I'm a nOOb right now.

yes this machine has synths and bass lines like crazy. modify your sounds using your value knobs turn them till you get what you like also, after turning the knobs try pressing the right arrow for different sound options. dont forget u can only use one synth at a time so jus change the octave for a higher pitch and add harmony to your basslines. dats it. i learned this shit witout a manual god dammit and it sucked and i still learn new shit everytime i play. btw get a kaosilator for da machine.

everything was made ont his box. no samples cuz i dont have any midi connections. thing about it is that i learned da damn machine wit out a damn manual too so i jus pressed buttons and came up wit alot of efects.
