there is sound but in minimum athmosphrere it is slower and not loud enough to here 4 our ear then in every sunsystem its the same there is no nothing there is gas but not much. dammed im german and dont know the special words to explain sorry m8 in short it means there is sound but a human cant hear. and if u go out of system then after lightyears comes a point where is nothing and at this point u here nothing. hope it helps. worse english xDDDD

If the red giant explodes it leaves behind a blackhole, if its mass is at least three times the sun, otherwise white dwarf will be created.

So this video is senseless, but beautiful.

yes, I know that. In this vido the sun weny super nova because it was being pulled in by a black hole. (At least thats what it looked lik) and I was saying that black hoels do not cause super novas. And I think it is only about 10 times bigger then our sun. But you could be right.

It is clearly an animation of a black hole eating a star. I have never herd of a white dwarf eating a fair size star, have you?

@bignarant a white dwarf is much denser than a red giant (same mass but the dwarf would be roughly the size of earth)

the red giant consists mostly of loose gasses while the white dwarf does not

so yes it can

a black hole isn't that different from a white dwarf only that it's much much denser still .. near or equal infinitely dense .. think of a white dwarf like of a weaker black hole

Supernovas type SNIa happen in a close contact binary system, but the explosiont does NOT happen in the red giant but on the white dwarf. And the deflagration is so violent that there is no remnant left (like in the SNII, where a pulsar or a black hole survives the explosion).

What ever just happened in this video, is not even possible or right. When a red giant (old worn out star) explodes, it leaves behind a black hole IF it has enough mass. If it doesn't have enough mass, it leaves behind a white dwarf. What ever happened in this video was just senseless.

Let me correct myself. This honestly could have been a possible sight, but not a supernova. Sometimes, white dwarves (the star on the right) take away the sun or red giant or whatever kind of star that was on the right. BUT, the sun on the right exploded, which would definitely not happen.

You're right.. it's the white dwarf that's supposed to explode. By accreting mass from the Red Giant, the White Dwarf would eventually reach Chandrasekhar limit and explode! This is not made by NASA..

This is a nice simulation of how a supernova makes itself.

The blackhole sucks all matter from another planet till it has enough and itself explodes.

And creates a supernova this are most likely the begin of a new planet.

The white dwarf is the star that is supposed to explode, not the red giant. This video is clearly an attempt to illustrate a type 1a supernova, because such a supernova is the only type that ever involves binary stars and the accretion of matter. Whoever made this video exploded the wrong star.

You are close but not quite right, I think. In all neutron-star neutron-star binaries the second supernova occurs when accretion onto the first-formed neutron star is still in progress. This movie could illustrate such a system.
