@Aznjen96 Giving him gifts he likes does raise his heart. Also, talking to him raises his heart, too. As well as inviting him to festivals, participating in festivals, winning in festivals and answering correctly in heart cutscenes.

@vcoats09 Vaughn must be at purple heart colour or higher. He is only at black, so of course you can't see the purple heart cutscene. Raise his heart.

How do you know that your raising the heart level. There's no stats or anything. I'm having trouble knowing I'm doing anything at all. I talk to him every time hes in town and give him chocolate too. How long untill anything changes?

@sazaar You can check the Assets and go to the Inhabitants list to check out the number of hearts people have.

It really depends how you woo him to see how long it takes. Everything you do to raise his friendship points is a set number of points. Talking is 100FP a day, chocolate is 300FP a day. 1000FP for a heart.

@sazaar u can see how many hearts (1-9) u have by him in the *assets* menu. 3 hearts by his name and he is a purple heart. 5 hearts and he's a blue one, i think.

@Kikyo361 If you wake up later than 6am, that's because your fatigue bar is low. You need to keep it up so you won't sleep in by eating food.

It really depends on how you woo him. Since he only comes two times a week, it takes a long time to raise his FP.

I suggest giving him 500FP gifts ASAP, like Milk, Shiitake, or Matsutake. Also winning in festival helps a lot when he is attending, as well.

Your Hunger level will decrease on its own throughout the day. The less full your tummy is, the later in the day you will wake up in the morning. If you have less than 20 Hunger then you won't get out of bed until Noon! That is half a day you've wasted by sleeping instead of working on your farm. You can recharge your Hunger by eating food from your kitchen, or ordering dishes from the Diner and Café.

What do you mean? There are different paths of heart events you can take depending on how you answer the heart events.

You can take one of these paths:

Purple (right) >> Blue #1 (right) >> Yellow #1 (right/wrong)

Purple (right) >> Blue #1 (wrong) >> Yellow #2 (right/wrong)

Purple (wrong) >> Blue #2 (right) >> Yellow #3 (right/wrong)

Purple (wrong) >> Blue #2 (wrong) >> Yellow #4 (no answer) >> Orange
