hi paul,
to be honest with you, my fat has such great longevity and stem cell response, that i would wait until i see the results over long term before i decide. there is a good saying in the world of plastic surgery, "Don't be the first on the block to do something and don't be the last." I try to live by those words. If you wait 3 to 4 years before we find out if this thing is worth it, you could have already had a fantastic result for the rest of your life. Those are my thoughts.
