If you sit further forward in the chair so that your back is in the center, the head will remain within the head and I'm not sure if this will help or hurt the appearance of a visual headache, but it might add more value to your video. It would seem that you have captured the essence of the headache! Whassappenin!
I could actually move the other layer up a bit too, but I figured I'd keep it more as is. A professor once told me to use those lessons on future work instead of obsessing over previous work.
