  • Steve McNair... RIP

  • Do you have the intro to "The Snow Bowl" playoff game between the Raiders and Pats? Just curious.

  • we're not the only ones ,,go raiders!! #1 nfl fan... who's your team? ah ha!.. ten years means nothing, that's what is all about, to get a ring is very hard son, keeps us alive,,,thank you.. love you ALL..

  • Oakland Raiders 41, Tennessee Titans 24

Oakland Raiders - 2002 AFC Champions!!!!!

  • @theicchamp06 10 years laters .. what else have they done . LOL

  • @tigerwoodsondxm NOTHING!!!!!

  • @theicchamp06 ... lol Raiders. disgraceful franchise.

  • Wow these teams were much better off before they became so predictable by having their offense centered on a running back..or 2

  • 12-5? I hadn't seen playoff records included in forever

  • RIP Steve McNair

  • bring back the classic nfl intro logo theme at the start of this video :(. this was the final year this was regulary used.

  • Seems like ages ago that the AFC championship was not called by Jim Nantz

  • @robg5555 At least Nantz is pretty good. On Fox we get faggy Joe Buck. He is awful.

  • I was there in section 313. It's been too damn long since there was a playoff game in Oakland. Let's hope the Raider playoff drought ends next week!

  • The last time they used this theme song correct?

  • I was coming home from The Vet to watch this game at a bar in Pennsauken, NJ after my Bucs won the NFC. It was eerily quiet leaving the game except for me and a few brave Bucs fans who celebrated our teams first trip to the Super Bowl!

  • Great game .... I was there..,, we were all yelling "were going to the bowl!!!"..... I was 18.... Man time goes by fast.... Northern Cali raiders!!!! Fuck the rest!!!

  • lol at the tv's

  • September 29, 2002.

  • Should have been Tennessee Titans Super Bowl XXXVII Champions

  • Such a great day that was. Titans got smacked. :D

  • RCA? Rear Projection? Holy cow.

  • @alblurt06 I still have a 52 inch RCA rear projection and it works great. Great picture. Not as bright as my Vizio though. lol

  • Oh, Thank GOODNESS they changed they logo!

  • The good ol' days: Steve McNair/Eddie George, Rich Gannon and 'em!

  • RIP Steve McNair

  • Fuck Joe Nedney haha

    -- Bitter Steelers fan

  • I was still 10 years old when I saw this game. Tennessee should've won instead of Oakland.

  • @2011mrkingofkings Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda. Nice argument

  • Their was HD in 2002?

  • @sodapo461 Yes. The first NFL HD game was in 1998.

  • @RCPlanes59 Oh wow! I did not know that haha.

  • @sodapo461 Well, now you know :)

  • @RCPlanes59 And knowing is half the battle!

  • @sodapo461 G.I. JOEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • Since January 2002, this is the only AFC Championship Game to not feature the Patriots, Colts, or Steelers.

  • Fitting that for the intro they used E.S. Posthumus and then starting the next season on they would use music from that group as their theme song.

  • rest in peace mcnair, from a patriots fan.

  • The Titans were taken to Overtime by the Steelers and escaped thanks to Joe Nedney's acting job. No way did they have a shot to beat the Raiders in this game.

  • @EdmacZ

Oh yes, I remember that game and honestly, it should have never even had come down to Joe Nedney. Steeler D gave up too many big plays, as was the case in all of 2002.

  • @zoomping1 Yeah. The secondary on those late-90s/early-2000s Steelers teams was a frickin' sieve.

  • Oakland hosting an AFC title game -- that seems like much more than nine years ago

  • @joebradio It was early in the last decade. I was in a Sophmore in High School when this game was played.Played Football in High School. It was excellent.

  • @Nightavenger2 Me too, I was a sophomore in my High School when the Bucs won the Super Bowl & a junior when the Lightning won the Stanley Cup. Great times

  • @joebradio You guys will return to the AFC championship in the near future.

  • The best thing why we watch NFL on CBS, is because of the theme song (from 2001-2002) and Greg Gumbel and Phil Simms. Not like that other channel with Jack's son and a washed-up has been.

  • Wouldn't this be the last game to use any variation of the Frankie Vinci theme. (the one before current one)

  • @Knightmessenger

    Pompeii by E.S. Posthumus

  • Wow thanks for posting this. THe Logo of CBS is classic compared to what it is now.
