Also weird that the bad guys take him prisoner when he is unarmed or run in traps, while he kills all of them ruthlessly...

Because that would mean he would of had to go to the island figure out everything, leave the island, fake his death, bury the note book in his own coffin, then GO BACK to the Island where he ultimately dies.

Of course he could have buried the note book BEFORE going to the island but then it makes no sense that there be clues for puzzles on that island in there...

Awesome work man, can't have been easy to play the game in a way where you go through the levels as fast as possible to get under the youtube time limit and to not bore a viewer.. It's not a Desert Eagle. It's some sort of customized automatic shotgun (looks like an SPAS-12, though). That's the weapon he always has.

In other parts of the game when you kill an enemy you can pick up thier weapons. When you kill a guard with laser targerting gun (the guard has the gun) they drop a Desert 5 (My mistake)
