Turn the camera sideways, then disguise the wall to look like the floor. Then all you have to do is push against it while standing up. It's also a good idea to tape something to the wall to look like it's sitting on the floor. Or if you can't keep the camera sideways, just rotate the picture 90 degrees in an editing program.
