Blade must be pretty well maintained, to draw and sheath so smoothly, and cut so cleanly.... A sharp blade with less wind resistance is a happy blade... Pretty sweet. >3

that flips is supposed to be to make the blood of your oponent drip out of the sword. in this case its the water from the bottle you dont want to keep on the sword

You are referring to chiburi, but you'll notice that my post was about his superfluous flip AFTER he had re sheathed his sword, at 0:25 and 0:26.
