I like the way that all the verses after Tupac's contradict his entire message. Hip Hop Culture is diseased, and it can't even work out it's own message. It can't go on preaching this 'Stop the violence' shit for two consecutive seconds without contradicting itself with it's own exaggerated 'criminal' and 'macho' self assertion.

You won't find 'The Answer' in this song I'm afraid.
