Hey Scott, i got a question. In a day of workout, I exercise two areas and i was wondering if cardio is essential; if it is; how long should i do cardio. Also, if I were to be also be working abs, would it help burn the fat in the ab area.

Ive been going at my lower abs for like 2-3 monthes now, nothing light either, very intense workouts...and since I was a skinny kid, I always had a 4 pack, but even with 6monthes of workout, and 2 monthes of pure strict core workouts, the only place I dont see much gain from is my core, how can I get the 6 pack goin man?
