I've heard the body has memory, so once you start back after you and baby are OK (So many of my family and friends are on the "breastfeeding diet", I call it because they're smaller than before they were preggo). Your body'll be the bomb as it is now and I'll be like, "How she do that?!" Be healthy and happy, congrats!
