  • Steve Jobs Rest in HELL

  • He's just envisioning siri. Lol thumbs up if you agree

  • @KilledUTwice182

Apple didn't think up or invent Siri. Siri was a company that Apple bought and integrated into the iPhone.

  • @ThisBoy91 Isn't it funny how when you have billions you can buy companies, people...etc... I wish i can make stuff with billions in my pocket. Its just a big propeller. Steve build company in China for making glass, just like its nothing. They bought kickass machines so they can carve aluminum as they want...Like facebook both not one designer, they bought whole company. I love money , it gives you soooo much power if you use it right.

  • @ThisBoy91 Yes, but Apple enhanced Siri. In the original app, there was no voice feedback and all it could do was find restaurants and such...it wasn't as advanced as it is now.

  • all apps got bored in 5 minutes,

i gave my iphone to my sis coz all apps are boring,

  • rest in peace creepy faggot that made trivial advancements in consumer electronics. he sure did make a lot of money, what a hero

  • @version191 People dont look up to him because of the money he made, they look up to him because he was successful, an innovator. Have some respect, what have you done?

  • @footballstar3927

What have you done, other than tie your flag to his pole?

  • @version191 Trivial? Was the first to successfully bring a GUI pc to market, first to successfully bring a music player to market, first to sell music per song at 99 cents, first to successfully bring a touch smartphone to market, and first and so far only person to bring a successful touch tablet to market.

  • @IamTheEddy

Music player? By what definition? I had an MP3 player before Apple made one for example.

  • @IamTheEddy

These things are trivial because they didn't add functionality. Touch technology existed in industry way before (emphasis on industry here), and using prior technology to influence the way mere toys are used is not particularly remarkable.

  • @MoronAntidote Yet no one decided to go with a smartphone that was almost touchscreen until steve jobs did. Yet no one decided to go with a tablet that was almost touchscreen until steve jobs did. Yet no one decided to go with a personal computer until steve jobs did.

  • I don't want to search, nor take time looking for the right app out of thousands, or even the ones on my Phone, I want to talk to my iPhone and get all answers from it right away. Siri is still nowhere near this but one day soon enough...

  • Apps save you time getting to the info you are looking for, plus the font sizes are larger and more readable than using search.

  • people are just getting lazier that's all ...

  • liegt daran , dass es sau umständlich ist ohne keyboard was im internet zu suchen.

  • iDiED

  • Specially that farting app on store... Best money spent in applesuckers life...

  • ...and apps are pupose built for that platform..

  • he just admitted that he looks into peoples iPhone thumps up

  • @GGGG761 everyone does that, it's his product and how do you think a company can improve on something? You research stuff. It does not mean that they read your e-mails, but they get stats what are you doing with the phone, that is pretty normal. :) You would do the same with your product. :)

  • @GGGG761 They know because the Phone company's can tell by there usage, So STFU.

  • @coleton3000 i wasn't rude so don't be rude to me i am pointing the obvious they look into your iPhone if you want to except it or not fanboy

  • @GGGG761 No, google has the data on this. When you make a search on google, they know what browser your using, the OS, and more.

  • @IamTheEddy

And how does Google know people use apps?

  • @GGGG761 they'd save everything, as if they wouldnt

  • @GGGG761 Actually he didn't have to look and infringe privacy for that. Did you ever use like Google Analytics or something?

  • @GGGG761 I think we could all infer this. Jackass

  • @jeremiah9561 why so rude

  • @GGGG761 SORRY I LOVE U

  • @jeremiah9561 me too

  • @GGGG761 Guess what? So do Google and Microsoft :O

  • @SuperWasteBasket yeah i know im not a fanboy of any of them i like apple microsoft and google

  • @SuperWasteBasket yeah thats what i just said lol you ok in the head bro

  • @GGGG761 Calm down, K.

  • People use the search to find appz.

  • Nah... that's not it. It's because screens are smaller and the web is made for large screens whereas apps are customized for the portable interface.

Well... also because the internet has become so humped by evil schmuck advertisers and virus spreaders that when you go to the internet on your phone, you're paying data-rate for some nitwit to load his ads... and if you get a virus it's not just the inconvenience of losing your PC for a bit, but rather losing your primary communication device.

  • @rlholo This. I got a galaxy S2 and it's really a pain to use the web browser. I feel like i'm visually impaired because i can't get all the info on the screen and have to search for it.

People like to take the simpler route and that's why apps are so popular.

  • @neephius Read why the engineers who were extremely pissed at him thought he was a great guy - for the industries at least. Read his biography.

  • And to think that Steve Jobs was initially, adamantly opposed to the idea of native apps on the iPhone. Just goes to show that no one is perfect.

  • there are millions of free apps for the PC. App is only a shorter word for application. Th difference between an app and an application is just marketing...

  • @rfvtgbzhn The difference is that it's aggregated and there's no install process. On the PC I have to visit a different website for each app, make sure it's a trust-worthy source, download it, then install it. It's much more convenient on iOS devices. Luckily, Microsoft is building an app store for Windows 8.

  • I don't care about the install process, it's very easy, everyone who can use a computer can install an application and it normally takes a few seconds to a few minutes. And I know that there was at least one fraudulent app on the appstore and also for apple trustworthy doesn't mean that the app doesn't "phone home" (actully some of the apple apps included on the iPhone "phone home") and but the problem is that you cannot install apps from anywhere else on an iPhone and appstore apps are censored

  • @rfvtgbzhn HTML5 apps runs perfectly fine on ALL iOS devices and are completely uncensored. Apps that use location services ask you every single time as well. You should maybe do a bit more research on the subject...

  • @Jonmad17 not all Apps for iOS are HTML5 and from what I know, you cannot replace every App with a HTML5 version, although my knowledge on this is kindf of limited because I'm not a HTML5 developer. But I know, that the normal Apps in AppStore are censored, e.g. Duk e Nukem 3D was released on the appstore, but it was removed soon after that because of it's ESRB M-rating. Also Apple forbids any apps on the appstore, if they replace one of the included apps, which is also a kind of censorship.

  • @rfvtgbzhn Yeah, but Microsoft, Sony, and Google do the same thing. Microsoft can deny access, and even licensing for anyone when it comes to the Xbox 360 or their Zune store. My point is that there are two development platforms on iOS: The completely uncensored and uncurated HTML5, and the Apple-approved app store API.

  • @Jonmad17 I don't know, if there is any censorship on the Android Store, but with a Andrpoid phone, you can use apps from anywhere else too and they don't have to be approved by google. You cannot do this on an iPhone unless you "jailbreak" it, which voids your warranty. Google has can however remove apps from Android phones, but they haven't done that yet except for apps that used exploits (like viruses, trojans or worms).

  • @rfvtgbzhn Every aplication in iOS5 can be replaced by HTML5. Oh yes it can.

  • @neephius i thought they are in html

  • @neephius Actually no, HTML5 cannot be used to replace every app in iOS5. There are even basic things that simply cannot be done yet or reliably enough, for instance the Device API is not up to snuff yet - e.g., try accessing the camera via HTML5. And for a lot of things, the overhead of HTML5/JS in comparison to Obj-C makes for a poor user experience.

  • @Jonmad17 app simply refers to application we have used the word app for years as you probably allready know . no one is stealing the word app from apple. App has nothing to do with apple.

  • I'm sure about one thing ... there will not be like you in the world !

  • i thought linux had sort of an "apps" system.

  • When was this recorded? I'll assume it was after the App Store...

  • @Ffiti2 you can notice he was starting to grow weak and thin. it was after he got sick. so yeah... I guess well after the App Store.

  • @crasherball Steve Jobs is "stupid and naive".... you must be the most ignorant person on the internet

  • @shaknbabysyndrom I dont see how I am ignorant

    can you refute my argument?

if not, then dont tell me I'm ignorant

that just makes u a sheep for following an icon, just because he is hyped

  • @crasherball I am a troll. But you are some serious shill. Stop being a dickhead.

  • @wannatroll can you refute my argument?

    I dont think so

so stop calling me a troll - because I'm dead-serious

and stop putting jobs on a pedestal just because hes dead

  • @crasherball You can't even read, dumbo. Point me where I called you a troll.

Fuck off. You're filling my inbox with useless stuff.

  • @wannatroll you were basically saying that you are a troll, and that I was - compared to you - even worse

    so there you go

    context!

and nice job, by not at all talking about the issue at hand, and just trying to "beat me" by criticizing my syntax

just like all the apple fangirls, you are just a sheep and a follower with no arguments to back up your points of view

  • @crasherball hey shill. you still miss the point.

come back if you have anything more to say. I command you to scream in response.

  • @wannatroll i think ur being the ignorant one...hez got a good point...apart from maybe criticizing apple...but you did call him a troll in context...And i dont think he was being a dickhead in the firstplace...

  • so instead of searching for what you want to find, you search for apps? isnt that still searching...

  • Intuition is key to finding missing spots in everything. And that is the secret to putting ourselves in the market society :))))))) Find what people need, find how to fit in in contrast with big companies rivalries, inform yourself of patents.

    Ahah I'm 21 and I know this shit x'D

  • @7ito1990 You don't need a market society to find out what people need. So yes you do know that 'shit'. It is shit...You are misinformed, now tame your ego with this, "i'm 21 and i know this" nonsense.

  • @TheStudio510

I am misinformed? Than please explain why you think what you say. Please, I'm asking.

I think you got my statement wrong, I meant it in the sense that I find ridiculous that people have not done anything significante, and myself being 21 years old am already thinking of trying a pair of things.

So please don't judge me on that sense, I am here to try to speak and help, if you don't like what I say, explain why without judging. Judging makes us waste time that's useful smwer else

  • @7ito1990 i agree

  • @TheCoasterEnthusiast

Thank you friend. I am not perfect and will try to not resolve to be angry towards him. He might even be passionate and judging him if his intentions are good maybe wouldn't be fair anyway

I am mislead sometimes too so I take it as ok really, ego aside coz I'm no better than anyone

  • smaller machines means less work for us...

  • It's true, typing stuff in and selecting the search turnup manually usually just takes too much time and more effort on such a small screen.
