PART 3: So when I hear black women singing praises to Octavia Spencer for receiving an Oscar for playing a role which brings us absolutely no honour, but pleases white folk to see us in roles that shows ‘Niggers knowing their place’ I am enraged by their insensitivity for ignoring how black women have been hurt by Hollywood. Any black woman who applauds Hollywood’s latest beating – THE HELP, shows that she has NO Empathy, NO Sympathy, NO feelings and NO Love for herself or her fellow Sistas.

PART 2: This video shows the deep-seated CONTEMPT that Hollywood Producers have ALWAYS had for black women, from the first time they cast black women in subservient roles, down to the present day. If black women are not being made fun of in films such as ‘Big Momma’s House’ and ‘Norbit’ then we are being portrayed as unsupportive and uncaring in films like ‘The Pursuit of Happyness’ and ‘Precious.’ (cont. I despair when I watch this video because irrespective of what is shown, many black women still do not see the abuse, humiliation, pain and misery of black women in Hollywood films and that is because they REFUSE to see it. The two scenes which stand out most for me are @0:27 where a Sista is kicked in her stomach by a white boy; and @0:33 where we see a line of Sistas who look as though they would rather be dead than alive. Where do you get black women are the least likely. (She breast fed other ppl's kids as well as her own.) I come from a family of breastfeeders, that's the african and only way.
