fantastic movie. Very moving almost as if it takes an alien to show us what it means to be truly human. I am moved to tears by the fantasy and the love that emanates from this film, from the cast and the producers. Wow.

great upload of a fantastic movie- it shows the duality of our nature- the ying & yang concept. positive-negative, man-women, water-wind (air) etc.... we can't live without either of these elements for very long. we have a little of each in all of us.

I knew there was some reason I have always felt some kind of feeling of connection with this wonderful actor and person, Mr. Spacey, other than just his amazing acting ability and charisma.

He totally mimics my own words here, when saying " I have always believed there must be other galaxies and other beings. It's much to arrogant to believe we are the ONLY ones." YES!!

Arrogant indeed.That word alone defines the human species.And isn't funny, some say, Spacey is Arrogant? Really? I think NOT !

I was wandering why Prot was not affected by the drugs administered to the patients but was responsive to hypnosis ?

And also I was wandering why the accident in Robert Palmer's life was of such concerns for an Extra-Terrestial ?

@LeCanadienerrant I wondered why he wasn't responsive to the drugs as well, but I think Robert Porter created this alter ego as a way to cope with the death of his father and other hard times in his life. A sort of verge between and imaginary friend and a dissociative personality. Like Prot said while he was under hypnosis, as a child he had always been very interested in the stars, he created a comforting friend he could relate to. When that huge tragedy happened he let his alter ego take over.

Yes,yes,yes.. wonderful,keeping its secret,not showing everything. And, yes, the acting is awesome. A moving movie.. beatifully decorated by the soundtrack.
