If Al Gore truly cared about this cause, he would become a vegetarian, or even better a vegan, because raising livestock is the largest contributor to green house gases. But you know, that's not a good solution because it is the cheapest and easiest thing to do. Just ask PETA and the UN (they're right about something, for once). Al, if you truly believe in your cause and are not just trying to get money and attention, preach the most logical and cost effective solution. Oh, and follow it.

1) First get it through your thick skull that climate does not mean weather.
2) Global warming means more storms and precipitation in some places as well as greater variability in hot/cold changes. Basically wierd things will happen. Guess what. They are.
In other words, your "coldest, wettest" summer is right in line with global warming predictions.
Areas close to the equator have had severe changes in weather patterns, such as the Indian monsoon.

Then, think about gas solvency. Unlike solids that dissolve better in higher temps (try dissolving sugar in iced tea an then in hot tea), gas dissolves more in cold water and less in warm (think about a warm 2 liter of soda vs a cold one:which one fizzes more?) Therefore when temp goes up completely unrelated to CO2, CO2 goes up and viceversa.

If Al Gore truly cared about this cause, he would become a vegetarian, or even better a vegan, because raising livestock is the largest contributor to green house gases. But you know, that's not a good solution because it is the cheapest and easiest thing to do. Just ask PETA and the UN (they're right about something, for once).
