He was adamant on the point of evidence being verifiable, and sufficient evidence existing for all claims. Jung's claims, apart from those on which they collaborated, are extraordinary ones with failed reasoning behind them. In my opinion, they are as simple to dismiss as any other religious doctrines.
@squirell1952 I don't know enough about the Sunday Times to comment much on their view that Freud was a fraud, but nothing from the four books of his which I've read so far would suggest anything of the sort. He's written on a number of difficult-to-swallow models and dissident claims against religion, which seems to be more than ample for a repressive Tory to make unfounded claims. If you read his work with at least a half open mind, you should have no problem in laying that claim to rest.

when u dream u r unconcious, when u r awake u r concious. when u r concious, awake, before u start thinking about something, conciuosly, it begins deeper beneath, ie the sunconcious. when we dream it is just the subconcious- pre concious thinking we experience in waking life.
@Phyle9 yeah you are pretty much unconscious, scientists used to think u had consciousness but its just an REM that occurs every 90 minutes, and if your talking about sleep walking/talking that actually occurs during the deepest part of our sleep cycle.
