well, I do not know a lot about sprint races, although I've doing them every single day lol but I'll tell you how I do it: In the first gear I rev it to 1800-2200 rpms and then I accelerate without burning out (you must feel the car in order not to burn out). Then i don't take my foot away from the accelerator and roll that thing to second, third etc... plus it depends on your gearbox for some percentage. Race safe, on race circuits :P Nice day to you.

Nah, you are wrong. With the second key, you get the full 253 mph, as it lowers the car and retracts the spoiler when you put it in. But that means you can't turn the car much. Without it you can 'only' go ~230.

There is no HP limiters...I think you're mixed up with its 2 handling modes.

The standard is spoiler up for downforce in corners.

Then if you turn the key in a 2nd keyhole in the door it changes to a 2nd mode where the spoiler stays down and the suspension lowers.

2nd mode is to reach top speed.
