Don't be concerned about your emotional reaction and crying after your death threat. It's a good method for release. Most who have a death threat or continual threat of death, go through a kind of mental hell, which has irreversible affect on mind and body. I suggest you release as much and as soon as you can, but in the end your mind will be hardened, your emotions deeper and broader, and your acceptance of death greater.
