I've just done a roller set using the Eco Styler gel w/ the olive oil in it... do you think it will turn out okay? I used the same rollers you did in your tutorial. I didn't have the products that you had and I always just try to use what I have!!! I didn't wash my hair becuase I had just washed it on Sunday. But I re-wet my hair all over and worked the eco-styler gel through my hair, combed it through and rolled it!!! I hope IT TURNS OUT!! Do you mind doing a roller set with eco styler gel?

i t ried a variation of this style last night....and it came out just absolutely horrible :( But I know what I did wrong....didn't use the right rollers...that definately makes a difference I see! I sat under the dryer too, but i bet with the right rollers i won't need to...Def trying the rollerset again once I get those rollers!

OK, so I took the rollers out and seperated the girls...And Umm, it doesn't look anything like your hair. The curls are falling past my nose lol. I look like a jacked up shirley temple. I think my hair may be a little too long for this hairstyle?

I attempted to fix my hair like this today lol. It took me 3 hrs just to put the rollers in. I just finished an hr ago. I hope it comes out, cause lord knows I can't roll for shit. The last time I rolled my hair it came out cute, but it looked more like spiral curls when I was going for shorter, looser curls. I used big rollers. Dont know what the problem was.

Your hair is a lot different from mine, don't know if I can get my naps to lay flat with Eco Gel. The question I have is : Is using a sheen spray on my 4b hair comparable to using a moisturizer, like Shea Butter? I don't like using a lot of moisture on my hair because it takes out my curl patterns. Be it if I do a twist-out, roller set or whatever. Can I get away with using sprays instead to keep my styles? I Jamaica they use Marcel wax to do their roller sets with setting lotion. Thats why I only get my hair done when I am Jamaica because they know how to do hair.

@ Shedozi. I agree with you. I have to hide mine from my son. You can always buy two (that's what I did) AND I hide it from my son. Urbansweetheart- to be honest it just a foam wrap to me. so i just reached for the first one. i bought the organic root stimulator wrap and i got the mizani from a relaxer class i too for free. thats the only reason i have it. i don't really like mizani relaxers. lol
