Being raised by mothers doesn't change the fact that men are socialized by other males through peer pressure to embrace violence. A woman's role traditionally is to care for and raise the child. Through gender socialization, males are valued at being outspoken, violent, and aggressive. Females are taught to be passive, compliant and compassionate. Violence is taught and never in the DNA. Child rearing in this country is looked down upon.."She is just a housewife".

@puyen58 Because it isn't seen as a problem. It is justified and we are conditioned to believe it is okay, by way of advertising and the media in general, and our whole perspective of the male, which has become distorted and demonized.

@puyen58 Why not just try to stop violence in general. Violence doesn't wear a man's face, it wears the face of humanity. Men just seem to use physical violence sooner. Violence is just as common in women, however it seems to be used in a verbal manner more commonly.

I don't care how many studies or graphs these people show me, I base my opinions on observations in my own daily life.

For these people to say men have a monopoly on violent acts is quite insulting to me as a human.

it doesnt suprise me that a video on stopping male violence has little to no hits, but the hits on defilement and disrespect of women get billions of hits and billions of dollars from bad men.
