Can I listen to music while I am reading? I currently use ereader on my palm to read and listen to music on my iPod classic. It would be nice to consolidate devices.
Not only can you YES listen to music while reading, you can also download the audio book and "read along" with the audio. Buy an integrated dictionary and read along while listening to the book and you can look up words, highlight words and make notes An expensive way to read? Maybe - but great for reading for school!
Do you have any problems with applications? Like quitting on themselves or you have to reinstall them? Did you also have to restore your ipod for an app thats not jailbroken to work? Please answer thanks.
Most of the 99 cent books are in fact free from many other sources as they are public domain titles. The ereader application is free and includes a couple of free sample books just so people can try it out without downloading anything more.
It automatically recalls the last page you were on in each book you are reading. General purpose bookmarks are being implemented in an upcoming revision, probably by end of summer.
That feature would satisfy me completely: I don't need any bookmark capabilities fancier than that. However, several times I have found that the bookmark was set too early (i.e. I stopped reading at chapter 7 and the next time I go to that book in ereader, it takes me to chapter 5). I hope that gets fixed soon. But still it's a very good reader, and it's free. I will try some fictionwise books soon. I read several public domain books from another site already.
is this available for iphone 4s? I can't find it in the app store.

This looks fantastic. One question...does the e-reader support bookmarking pages?
