@jjdanieljimmyjones What you are watching a demonstration made by the zookeepers to create more awareness of red pandas and their blight. Being an endangered animal, they want to protect it from so many people in case danger arises. That is the reason for the leash.

Simply put, when outside of it's provided habitat, the zookeepers cannot just let it roam around freely.

I dont think so... Ik alot of cats that will have a bent tail. Could of just got laid on for a long time by one of its litter when it was much younger when they were suckling or something
