  • NOW I understand why unemployment is so high. Look at how many morons consider hard work beneath them. God help this country with these

    spoiled brats growing into it.

  • God bless these people. But as far as the process that they don't control is concerned, I haven't received a single disk in that short of a time since NF "upgraded" their service and raised their prices. Before that, for three years (consistently) the delivery time was awesome. I'm beginning to believe the theorists who say that NF is purposefully slowing their deliveries (fewer requests per monthly bill) to recoup financial losses.

  • all companies should have their employees do that w the exercise! :)

  • I didn't see them checking those disks very for very long, just sayin'...there disks are shit and they never look hard is all I'm saying

  • I rather pay for netflix and redbox instead of youtube movie fucking 2 3 4 5 dollars please.

  • sweat shop

  • That would tire my hands more than 2 hour session of masturbation

  • Wow

  • to bad they be outta jobs soon

  • What a boring job serious everyday like!!

  • Lol

  • Arthritis much?

  • i started out watching call of duty videos and some how i ended up here......

  • I did this kind of factory work in college. I was glad to make a few bucks, and my employer was glad to get my labor. You guys who are bitching that the work is beneath you are what's wrong with America. There's no substitute for paying your dues, and everybody has to start somewhere.

  • what the hell he works like a machine

  • "What I like about my job uhmmm everybody works as a team, you push yourself harder..." hahahah honey you work in a sweatshop

  • wow these people are fast

  • surprising to see american workers doing this sort of work. why haven't they got robots doing this, or outsourced to asia and pay their workers $1/hour?

  • @entropy44 Because the shipment fees would be outrageous if they outsourced the packaging department. And it would cost a lot of initial capital to get a machinedoing this, I don't even know if it would be able to distinguish between the different titles or not.

  • @GillisMusic I'm pretty sure they already have a machine sort the DVD's and then the stuffed packages, if you watch you can definitely see it sort the stuffed packages, as far as the actual movies go I don't know...

  • @anynameplease Fair enough. But the manufacturing of DVDs is related to what Netflix does. And the work is better than . . . killing yourself. :)

  • are they even human or robots?

  • That is good, honest work. Wish there was more of it around and not less. Person who says he/she would kill himself before taking such a job should be ashamed.

  • @dullhammer While it's good honest work, it's nothing that's going to keep a country going. I'd rather have manufacturing jobs. I miss working in factories and actually making something that earned this country money. Service jobs, while very important, are nothing more than an exchange of wealth... YOu pay me a dollar to shovel your side walk of snow, and I pay you a dollar to do mine. In the US, we've just created 2 dollars of net worth for the country...

  • @dullhammer : agreed. I whine about the administration. But these are decent, hard-working Americans who make this country great.

  • It's like... Foxconn - the American office... only without the inhumane cruelty. :P

  • Sad work. People are getting idle as hell.

  • fuck netflix redbox is way better

  • @missbigazzbooty Redbox is 1 bucks per movie, the same movie.so you can watch 8 movies ,while I can watch unlimited movies and tv shows for that same 8 bucks, but for 1 month too. Get a brain you woman. P.S. I'm a man,so don't even think of responding back to me,god won't like that.

  • @WestcoastMusicals lol FUCK UP NIGGA

  • @missbigazzbooty I forgot to add, poor broke ghetto black people to the lsit of cry babies, over a few bucks extra per month...per month. Go slap yourself black girl.

  • @WestcoastMusicals LOL I SEE YOUR JUST SOME $8 HOUR PART TIME NETFLIX ENPLOYEE TALKING SHIT BEHIND A COMPUTER. LOL LMAO..IM GONNA LET YOU BE THE BITCH AND HAVE THE LAST WORD..

IM DONE SHIT TALKING ASS HOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @missbigazzbooty Black people can't insult someone without using curse words, lol. Don't reply to this because you said you'll give me the last word. Woohh California soul just put you in your place. check out my channel for the best westcoast gangsta rap people,no mainstream crap.

  • thought robot do the work. WOW

  • she's going to have a bad case of arthritis in her fingers and hands when she's old

  • Atleast they get nice seats, they look comfortable.

  • Why isn't this automated?

  • Gotta do what you gotta do for your family. I'm out of work now and nobody is even given me a ring back. Looks as if I have to do 2 PT jobs to make up for 1 FT just to save the house and provide for my family. My wife just had surgery and shes been out of work for over a month now and I'm helping my stepson with going to and from school. Defiantly, bless these folks...as it's a job...and there is not that many jobs out there right now...

  • That looks like a mexican maquiladora I used to work at aka sweat shop.. Imagine their carpotunner whatever its called lawsuits in a few years.. wow

  • This is just a few steps away from a nazi concentration camp.

  • they were so godlike too

  • too bad its not netflix anymore... less people will get DVD's... less jobs... way to go netflix!

  • @AndresR0d heh?

  • @AndresR0d heh?

  • @LightWthoutTheStatic they split up recently

  • @AndresR0d they were so godlike too

  • hello Redbox bye bye netflix

  • @TheSashaMartinez i think Torrent Is Way Way better then all that crap :)

  • Now, she's been replaced by a machine.

  • slight of hand... haha i never used netflix in my life. nor does my family.

  • thats why my last disk was cracked

  • Arthritis?

  • Okay.. I'm really surprised about the LACK of technology here. With the days of UPC codes, scanners and automated retrieval systems why don't they have a wall full of videos, a server, and an automated record retrieval system? The system would pay for itself in a few months!

  • Netflix fucking sucks. Like i want to watch 5 year old movies. I get a 100 times better selection on cable.

  • @Shane444888 Ya, and you have to pay 200x more.

  • @98CEDARPOINT lol actually i dont pay anything cause i live with my parents

  • @Shane444888 More like movies that are 1 year old,not 5 years, you liar. Also with the poor quality of movies and actors of today,I prefer older movies.

  • @WestcoastMusicals well i guess Netflix in the US is different than Canada, cause the selection in Canada fucking sucks and they dont send movies to your house in Canada

  • @Shane444888 Of course Canadian version isn't better than U.S. version. Just like my Canadian honey isn't the best Canadian honey, because i live in the U.S.

  • @Shane444888 Cable is shit compared to a warehouse selection of things I can watch - oh and here's a little something I like, No commercials. Bet you didn't think of that.

  • @NineTailsDemonFox Maybe its good in the US but in Canada it fucking sucks. They also dont send movies to your house with the Canadian Netflix

  • @Shane444888 Oh boo-hoo. Cry me a river. Canada sucks.

  • Cuevana movies online is free google that shit bitch's and stop paying Netflix for shit that is free elsewhere.

  • handjobby!

  • lame work omg

  • i want netflix

  • Is it me or does Netflix only allow you to stream the worst movies on the site? All the good stuff you really want to see immediately, you have to put in queue and wait for it to be delivered to you. I HATE that.

I think that is what's ultimately going to kill off Netflix.

  • Fuck Netflix, they suck. Amazon is way better.

  • @TearsOfWar1 ..............that dosent even make sense

  • @codybe2cool What doesn't make sense?

  • @TearsOfWar1 comparing Amazon with Netflix,

  • @codybe2cool But Amazon has an instant streaming service also... I don't know how that doesn't make sense...

  • A long day of STUFFING?...

  • Hats off guys.. Always got dvd in time

  • Why Netflix?!?! I mean was the prices for DVDs really needed to be changed!?! Ughh, please go back to your old prices for DVDs!

  • Fucking put the new good movies in like inception and tron god dammit

  • such "content" can be streamed - everythign else can e automated. and if this is lightning speed then a machine does it in hyperlightning speed. she could do art, science or something else that's not as redundant and mind-numbing as this "work".

  • @WulfBlitzkrieg you have got to be some dumbass nigger

  • wow thats cool, still hating the price change though >__>

  • Wow! I'm surprised it's not a machine or someone overseas doing this job. Good for them!

  • Wow I never imagine people were packaging these lol

  • There is a like page on Facebook that is getting a lot of attention. Join it if you are against this price change: On Facebook, type in "1,000,000 people who will not stand for Netflix's new prices."

  • That speedy woman must be the dumb bitch that keeps sending me cracked and unplayable videos.

  • @1overthehillsfaraway No, those are from dumb bitches who don't know how to take care of a DVD.

  • I'd fucking kill myself before I took a job like this. God bless these folks

  • @suspekt29 Well if you took it now then you'll have a lot less work

  • well i got the news about Netflix changing their plans and i dont like it one bit i guess im gonna have to cancel

  • I am totally disgusted with Netflix right now, and I plan on canceling my membership when the new payment plan goes into affect! This economy people are struggling, and then go an hike the payment plan for the combination of dvd's and instant watch way up, not just a little bit higher, but way higher!? I used to love Netflix, but not anymore, getting a little too greedy there!

  • I'm sure Netflix has enough money to make some kind of machine that will stuff the envelopes. Can't be too difficult to design it.

  • @LeegeeLegit but people need jobs. so this could actually help people out

  • @LeegeeLegit Great, another person thinking of ways to help people lose their jobs. Typical.

  • Sweat shop

  • what a fuckin' boring job. get an education.

  • Stupid job.

  • that be an awesome Job! NETFLIX is so cool!! love it how they come in 1 business day, but the truth is.. I like streaming them online.. too keep the reputation going, those workers do an awesome job!! keep it up!

  • what a waste of energy.

  • fuck netflix, fuckin streaming movies ahhah...its better to have it in the computer and watch it later or put it on a dvd....da fuk am i gonna do with netflix just use my bandwidth...stupid

  • @omiblingbling What? Lol, go back to 2nd grade and learn propper grammer.

  • @98CEDARPOINT You can join him and learn how to spell PROPER properly.

  • @98CEDARPOINT how about i save that for later and bang ur mom first...sound good?

  • @98CEDARPOINT u must be what 12 -13 ...fuk yea i need a MILF....talk to ur mom

  • All gonna get laid off soon. Dueto streaming

  • @javymontijo It won't be for a while, in an interview the Netflix president said that movies by mail won't go away for 5-10 years. That intreview was 2 years ago. So there is atleast 3 years left. The interview is in a video called "Nightline on Netflix". Which is in the suggestions videos.

  • Anybody who complaints about netflix and their scratched dvds are stupid. savealot of money on netflix even if i receive 2 scratched dvds a month.I have a 20 dollar subscription on netflix and i receive about 36 dvds a month with any other video store i can only get about 4 or 5 movies with 20 dollars.

  • @MrM3atHeaD22 Damn you need to get a life or a wife! 36 a month!!

  • @javymontijo dont exaggerate..lol i dont watch every single movie i get i rip the onto my hard drive wich only takes 5 min to set up.

  • Netflix is turning into a scam all their videos wont play on their website. When you call and talk to support the make up as many fake reasons as they can instead of fixing the problem. Their support people sound like they are off the street the why they spoke ebonics.

  • Gee I still havent bought one damn DVD even with this great deal for studios with Netflix while screwing subscribers. Has anyone bought one, I wonder is there is anyone that stupid.

  • Mexicans!!

  • this goes out to any big business out there, not just net flix

  • thanks for taking away blockbuster netflix bitches. to the workers in this video: do you like being a robot? all the safety and excercise breaks are just ways for the owners to protect their asses when they eventually get questioned why they are running a sweatshop.

  • @milkbone11111 Oh and dude. I worked for Blockbuster for 3 years and was a store manager in northeast Florida. Netflix didn't "take away" Blockbuster. Blockbuster made horrid business choices and went bankrupt. And a big part of that was Blockbuster trying to take over the movies by mail think that Netflix came up with. Had Blockbuster stayed with what they were good at (ie, stores in shopping centers), they would have been fine. Netflix didn't go after Blockbuster. Other way around. Bitches.

  • @danimal97520 im talking to all multibillion dollar corporations actually. but it sounds like you have quite the vendetta towards blockbuster lol

  • @ 0:27 SHE is a friggin machine!

  • The last two discs I've received from NF were unwatchable, they were so scratched. Their back catalog seems to be wearing out, as more and more people are watching online instant movies. NF is saving a ton on inventory and shipping, but they are neglecting the stock that put them where they are today. Soon it will all be online and this becomes a moot point. But in the meantime, I'm going to avoid ordering older titles on DVD.

  • When are They going to make Blu Ray the size of a quarter so It does Not take up so much room?

  • Wow they move fast!

  • lmao thats such a shit job

  • So, we have minimum wage workers checking DVD's. They are no doubt rated on how many DVD's they check per hour. So there is little incentive to be accurate. Problem is, scratched DVDs get through this system quite easily, and end up stuck or skipping in the customer's DVD player.

So why isn't this automated? A machine could check the DVD (stamped with a machine-readable code) against the coded envelope. The same machine could also scan, with a laser, for scratches. Puts people out of work, tho

  • @DigitalImageMag That would take too long. Scanning through thousands upon thousands of DvD's only to find at least a couple dozen defective ones. They rather have it up to the costumer to find the problem, that way it'll be replaced.

  • @DigitalImageMag

look at netflix.com... then look for the jobs link at the bottom of the page... step three is to realize that netflix workers get paid above 11.50$/hr with FULL medical and dental benefits... more than what could be said for most companies. they also match 401k and many more benefits...

not to mention the free netflix subscription lol

  • @sjcobi14 you get 11.50, the owner gets a billion, ya thats fair...

  • @milkbone11111 Let's see. The owner took the financial and personal risk to start the company, build the buildings, buy the inventory and hire YOU. So tell me again why you should get as much as the owner? Did you put your financial well being on the line for the sake of the company? No, you went in wanting to be paid to do you job.

  • @sjcobi14 Compared to Blockbuster who pays as close to minimum wage as possible with no benefits whenever possible. 401k at Blockbuster? Only if you rent a dvd about 401k's. That's the closest you'll get. LOL

  • somone works to hard, r u not payed by the hour ...?!??!

  • Damn

  • Watching this video makes me appreciate Netflix more. Those people must be really tired by the end of the day.

  • @xdatlantico244 you pay with ur credit card monthly when u make an account go to netflix.ca or netflix.com to learn more

  • Why every good moving like, dancing with the devil, cadyshack, , sixteen candles, alien vs predator and alot more are not available to watch instantly. The commercial is false advertising saying "Alot of movies can be watch instantly over the net from the tv".

  • @petenicezz The commercials don't say "alot of movies that you specifically like can be watched instantly over the net". It says alot of movies. And there are tons available. So if you either don't bother looking, or were an idiot and got a subscription to watch a specific 3 or 4 movies online constantly, then that's your own fault. If you like those specific movies that much, here's an idea... go to Walmart and BUY them

  • @danimal97520 man, i was just asking a question, walmart don't have all the movies but amazon does, thanks alot idiot.

  • Attention new or unaware Netflix customers : If you fall behind on your payment and they deactivate your account, make sure you make your reinstatement payment on the day of the month when you originally initiated your account. If you don't and pay 1 week past your due date you will only get 3 weeks of service, pay 2 weeks past your due date you will only get 2 weeks of service, pay 3 weeks past your due date you will only get 1 week of service. For them to engage in such a practice is a SCAM !!

  • @ReneeNme Dude. I have netflix. If your credit card doesn't go through, it puts your account on hold. Once it's paid (which you have to call in to do), it changes your billing date permanently. Stop reading spam emails. That's grossly inaccurate.

  • @danimal97520 " Dude ", since I posted that comment a customer representative reinstated our membership and also threw in a months free service for our trouble. Turns out the original rep we contacted ( no spam emails ) was a greenie and didn't know what he was doing. BUT, it was because of Netflix having their wires crossed that caused a problem to begin with due to us using a prepaid card. We didn't have to call it in, payment was accepted directly through their site. They admitted fault.

  • "You push yourself harder". LOL! (wonder how much she gets paid). I don't mind that, I like getting my movies fast. But 90% of the movies you get as DVD are crap. The good stuff is the list of what you can watch instantly on your computer. REALLY. The documentaries...

  • You can get free activation here!

    you tube. com/watch?v=EoT2qs5jSlk

  • to hell with netflix another Illuminati company their shit does Not work with Linux what We need to do Is start selling boot leg movies

  • @ortafunk They don't program the disks nimrod. The movie studios do. And Linux? LOL. Dude buy a pc and use windows. It's amazing that programs actually work with windows. Linux BLOWS.

  • I can't watch a DVD movies please Help ,

  • 2:14 LOL Jimmy Reardon is the same name my friend has!!!!!!!

  • I might be out of a job in one business day thanks to netflix, I hope the slave drivers at netflix are happy with destroying blockbuster masta...

  • @tatorsal Blockbuster always sucked. They overcharged, never had the movie you wanted to watch. Good job, Netflix! (As a consumer, I love competition!)

  • What do the employees think about instant watch?

  • Their workout routine should be in the olympics! LOL

  • i hate waiting 28 days for the new movies to be released on netflix i wish they just streamed them the day they come out

  • @RuFiOPx Starting January 6, 2010, Netflix reached an agreement with Warner Brothers Pictures to delay renting new releases for 28 days from their retail release in an attempt to help studios sell more physical media at retail outlets. A similar deal with Universal Studios and Twentieth Century Fox was reached on April 9, 2010.

  • @RuFiOPx If they did that, then they would have to pay ALOT of money because it is new, which means they would have to raise the price.

  • @RuFiOPx but thats even like red boxes. I think its some kind of media rental rights. It is dumb though. I agree.

  • Hi- Feeling sorry for the people in this video? No need to be. This is a job for people who were born with brains wired to do repetitions. For instance, when looking for people to do this kind of work, employers can hire people with a known form of autism and or Aspergers. HP

  • will be automated soon. all those people will get fired and wont get anymore exercise. fat pigs. lol

  • It sucks that the trend is going toward streaming.

  • now it does but wireless is going to surpass cable and network tv in transfer. just wait.

  • @mickaelg323 you can do that with that new system they made.... but i forget the name.

  • @mickaelg323 It's called Steam... for PC.

Besides, PC Is better. Consoles are generations behind the PC.

  • @PhysicsTowerTeam That's not streaming, that's downloading. And take your PC elitist mentality somewhere else. Does PC have Mario, Zelda, Halo, MGS, Gears of War? No I didn't think so. What does PC have? Oh yeah old games like TF 2 so nerds like you can sit at a desk all day thinking their hot shit with their Star Trek themed rig.

    Fuck off.

  • @HipHopJun Thanks!

Yes. Ever heard of Xbox emulation software? Jeez.

  • @PhysicsTowerTeam Lol emulation? Wow, and you PC users wonder why publishers are making console-only games? It really is because of piracy. PC gamers won't ever admit it.

  • @HipHopJun Tee hee. It's true. But still, I recently saw people making piracy copies of Xbox games such as MW2.

And besides. PC Vs. Console on a Netflix packaging video? :P

  • @HipHopJun Oh yeah. You still download via streaming. And besides, it's not that possible to 'stream' games. A game loads certain levels with the use of several files and it access different files within certain times depending on the what the user is doing.

  • I like how they play silly carnival music for the part where they get up and stretch their muscles. Meanwhile, that's probably the smartest, most balanced thing in the whole video. It's little subliminal cues like that create a sedentary society.

  • soon to be outsourced

  • @turboej1driver They would not reach their destination in time if they were mailed from outside of the country. They are looking to gain the rights to stream everything on their website. That is how they will get rid of the employees.

  • @turboej1driver IMPOSSIBLE. How many days would it take to send all the DVD's to china, and then back, all within one day? This is one job that cannot be outsourced.

  • @turboej1driver Doubt it. Netflix cares about the speedy delivery for their customers. Outsourcing them would make it longer and more expensive to send out.
