  • YOUR THE BEST.

  • Somehow, she came out on top smelling like roses despite all the difficulties she encountered in her young life. Also she shows maturity beyond her teenage years. She has worked all of her life it seems. It shows Charice's dogged determination and courage at a young age of 19.

  • @MrDebashishMohanty fuck uuuuu!!!!

  • Awesome!!!

  • @NyanLinHtet But I doubt that she is capable of THINKING ABSTRACTLY since she is also unfortunate enough to be a "jungle asian."

  • Does anyone know when charice will next be performing?

  • u rock charice shes so preety

  • Will always love you Charice and take care of yourself from Canada.

LOLZ...

  • i love charice.

  • Sorry nakapag comment lang ako dahil yung nakita kung nag sisigaw nanay charice sa libingan.. sorry talaga.. at di kay charice message ko for mom.. but sorry..

  • @cutieLPSlover123, a responsible 19 yrs old daughter.

  • TO THOSE WHO HAVEN'T SEEN YET THE NEWS ABOUT THE NEWS OF THE DEATH OF CHARICE'S FATHER..GO TO MY ACCOUNT!

  • i mean her father sis must not release those statement, it's an insult one. Even if your not a family member if if someone is dead, you will be so emotional how much more if you are he's child. remember "BLOOD IS THICKER THAN WATER"

  • I don't know why, i've known charice life especially the happenings with her father, now his gone i cry, death will make you emotional, even if they are not your family, how much more for a daughter, yea, his father sis must not have release that statement, charice answered it back because she's feeling a rush of adrenalin, wherein if you are emotional you can't hold your feelings.

  • condolence charice, may the soul of your father RIP.

  • my condolences to Charice and her family for the demise of her father, Ricky.

  • Condolences Charice. I hope they prosecute the person who did this to your father.

  • RIP father

  • @ppeliper1 According to your profile, YOU are one of the "people from the Philippines" who supposedly didn't give her a chance. But how did they not give her a chance? She was a finalist on Little Big Star by her own admission. Many singers -- from ALL countries -- endure rejection before making it big. It's not prejudice. It's the nature of a competitive industry. And unlike you, Charice stays positive, focuses on the future, and is grateful for the support. So how about you shove it.

  • Sorry bout her father tho

  • condolence Charice for the lost of your father Ricky.i just want you to know that your fans like me is always on your side.

  • WINNER ANG ACCENT. HAHAHAHA. PANALO!

  • mahal din kita :-)

  • wow..well said Cha..u're Philippine's pride...jus keep on going!!!at the top baby..labyo..

  • People who are saying "I'm proud to be a Filipino" are not real Filipinos

    - Check their channels and like my comment

  • @killerjo2010 how do you know if they are real filipinos or not?!?!? just because they dont live there right now doesnt mean they were not born from the philippines or there mom or dad can be from there. you never know

  • @handyguy900 You're right...

  • lupet ng accent! haha she's really used to it! :)

  • like it! <3

  • Her English is much better :)

  • wow.. fluent na!

  • OMG! I didn't expect that my comment would be one of the top! GO CHARICE!!!

  • u deserve all the recognition and praises coz it's God-given talent to u Cha...stay sweet and humble always...Stay healthy and more years of amazing performances..God bless u..labyo

  • love you MING! :)

  • I LOVE HER! =)

  • I'm Filipino and I love Charice! Not all of us are crabs fyi. And I personally think if she won the contest before she wont be in the place where she is now... And struggles and hardship made her stronger and strengthen her faith with God.

  • @yancee24LOL yup.. that's true.. i'm also a fan of her but we couldn't deny that filipinos were really like that...she has point that a large number of pinoys only said proud when charice had it big. even now, some doesn't appreciate the real big thing about charice. shame on them.

  • @sunbursts2011 tamaaaaaaaaaaa

  • Happy Birthday CHARICE!!!!!!!!!

  • @nettietonnie...same to you! Haha! Enjoy being a hater it says a lot to your character:)

  • The reason why GOD did not let you win in the competition in Philippines because He save something more bigger which is what you have now. I'm proud of you.

  • @nettietonnie , You judged her without knowing her. You hate her soo much. Why, you wanna be like her? Jealousy/envy is not good for your health. ( Checked your Utube)

  • malaysia was done, Philippines, next stop, DF and Friends with charice, Oct. 25, pls call 911-5555.

  • please come to Israel

  • she has been bringing pride to the philippines and her countrymen is never happy for her. lucky enough that charice is strong! and she goes on living her passion-singing!

  • Comment removed

  • It's really funny to be reading all this bigotry back and forth. My only take on this is when Charice came to America she could barely speak english and now that she has stayed and learned how to speak the language she has become more engaging in her interviews. I love to see people succeed in life especially if they really worked hard. She deserves whatever God has given her and whatever else is instore for her. Go Charice and as always Godbless!!

  • She is a sweetheart and very down to earth...she is the best.

Charice soar higher

  • 26 dislikes...from jealous filipino fans of other local singers!!! why not support charice? she is on international level, not local. you can support both your local idols and charice at same time 'coz they are not comparable. erase your crab mentality!

  • Comment removed

  • Haters are those jealous people and those who idolized other singers. Arguing with them is a huge waste of time. However, they are considered a decorations of anyone's success!!!

  • Come on. . We lab charice we love charice. . .

  • I've always admired Charice, and I've always expected her to make it big outside the Philippines because I knew Filipinos will look for a certain look and image, and ignore talent.

  • I like how people from the philippines suddenly praise her and show her respect after making it big aboad, when they didnt even give her a chance in her own country just because she didnt fit a certain image..its disgusting to me to see how people in the music and entertainment industry in the philippines suddenly idolize her and praise her when they treated her like nothing before. Such phony people..they can shove it..

  • @ppeliper1 agree.

  • @ppeliper1 most honest truthfull comments ever

  • Comment removed

  • grabe, sobrang galing na niya mag english! :) way to go charice!

  • I'm proud to be Filipino :)

25 with david foster.

  • hello charice..

  • Kabbayan bkit kau nag aaway jn. bkit d nyo n lng sya supertahan, like David Foster. pg may concert cla tintawag mga pilipino. common guyssss, im of pround of her. khit stin support her plssssss... stop talking nonsense... salamat po..

  • @khiehl I am a filipino in US but I love her. Ive always seen her promoting our country. her career is international so dont expect her to be there. in the first place, most of her haters like you are there so why bother?

  • she gives honor and pride to our country. she has been declaring herself that she is from the philippines wherever she goes. how about you haters?

  • co-Filipinos please don't deny that you LOVE Charice. Actually, most of the respected officials of the Philippines and even respected Pinoy musician consider Charice as a BIG Pinoy Pride. You can see kids, teens in local/ nat'l singing competitions performing like Cha. From the hand gestures, ala Whitney voice to the choice of songs like Listen,I will always love you,All By Myself,Run To You........It is evidently there in front of you, Pinoys love Charice. DO NOT BE IN DENIAL .

  • lol. are you still arguing?? LOL. cut the crap guys. :)

  • Good accent...

  • Why make a big fuzz out of her accent? Do you think you can measure a person's patriotism because of his accent? One's accent is brought about by his environment and influences. You should know by now where she gets her influences right? Racists are the only ones who worry about a person's accent. Well, I'm really not surprised because even the philippines racism exists "you're so bisaya, and so on and so forth". You all talk as if you made a very big contribution to our country, don't you think?

  • @bien2ot agree.

  • Lucky for us filipinos because we can adapt and articulate different languages and accents. I admit I am a Charice hater but I hate her in her singing attitudes. This time Im gonna be positive to the way she speaks. Charice needs to speak that way because there are thousands of people watching this video. She doesnt have to sound like filipino english because it is what the language and accent she's comftable with. Lets just consider that we filipinos are competitive, lets not criticize her.

  • @lukazahn hell yeah!!!

  • @nettietonnie so u are a hater? i wonder why... she has agreat personity, humble, talented and when she sings, she deliver it straight to your heart. anyway,,i cant force her to u,,i believe u are reasonable(your comment shows it all) and maybe u have your song preference...

  • @lhiz646 I am a hater because shes not humble. I admit she's so great. But her attitude is not.

Perhaps, the reason why she did not win her first contest is that she acts like she's boastful. I know she has something to boast with coz she's really good, she's really a professional singer. Only that, I dont like her attitude. :)))

  • @nettietonnie Please get to know her well before making any conclusion about her attitude. Search for more videos on YouTube and don't rely on any news, you know media can be bias as they would like to. So do some research, especially those vids when her fans are shooting her (kinda like behind-the-scenes), she's nice and polite. She's always like this, and we proved this when we met her face-to-face. She's famous for her voice, and praised for her down-to-earth attitude. Thanks if you try. =)

  • Charice is gifted with an amazing voice, and she deserves to be famous. She has proven many times that she is indeed a great. But it seems like she's starting to lose her sense of nationality and individuality. I guess that is why most Filipinos are not very supportive of Charice. Even I don't recognize her anymore, I don't see any hint of being a Filipino in her. I just wish she could be more like Apl. de ap.

  • @laaaawhren What the hell do you mean?! Maybe because she has more American accent...duh...her base is LA, USA. Charice is considered a Hollywood star. Her label is Warner and her entire team is in America. She has never proclaimed herself other than being Filipino. Actually, I'm more disappointed that she has not become an American citizen already.

  • @lukazahn i know other pnoys who are really fluent in english, having american accent, but their diff. from charice is that... they were born, raised, and lived many years in U.S. u said she's currently base in L.A. for how many years now? IS THAT ENOUGH TO TOTALLY BE ACCULTURATED? SORI 4 MY distorted ENGLISH.

  • @passivelai So fukin what?! Just because she learned hard to better her accent doesn't mean she is less Filipino. Charice is an exception because she is in Hollywood! For Christ sake! This girl is making movies, TV, international concerts...she needs to enhance her English articulation and enunciation. Are any of your friends considered a "Hollywood Star"...nope I didn't think so.

  • @lukazahn It is useless to argue with a Filopicaholic -> like this turd burglar @passivelai. Their pea sized brains cannot handle the simplest of concepts - LOL.

I knew that when Charice started losing her accent, it was just a matter of time before these a-holes started commenting on it. They are such dumb fucks !

  • @Deathtoautotune2010 LoL. I hear ya but sometimes I can't resist slapping them back to reality. Take care.

  • @lukazahn Oh, my friend don't argue with the pricks just slap and whip LOL.

  • @Deathtoautotune2010 same goes to you

  • @passivelai Convey to all Filo crabs or whatever the fu*k u call urselves that we here in North America & around the world are sick & tired of the BS that emanates from parasites like u & ur butt blaster friend. Be advised that if u are genetically inclined to preach ignorance, then we reserve the right to verbally abuse & mock ur ass in cyber world. So, if u are into getting verbally whipped, just say the word & I am sure u will be attended to quite nicely. Now,don't forget to say pls ok? LOL.

  • @Deathtoautotune2010 SAME GOES TO YOU!

  • @passivelai I see someone is on repeat mode hahah. You should take some Viagra I hear it helps - LOL.

  • @Deathtoautotune2010 same goes to you. tell me all the bad words u know and everybody will tell u who u r. im in repeat mode coz what u say really reflects u, hence a must to be told to you.

  • @lukazahn did u find a trace of me laughing? Lea is really fluent, like she was born with it. PILIT is another thing. forcing what is not natural to you is another argument.

  • @passivelai Asinine dickhead! your comment sounds a 9 year old kid! get a life and go back to your cave. Filipino sucks!

  • Comment removed

  • OF COURSE FILIPINOS ARE THE BEST IN THE WORLD. I MEAN, LOOK AT CHARICE!!

  • trying hard to speak in american accent.. when she became popular she forgot philippines already. shes just an ass hole. she already had a very big head!!!!

  • @khiehl tama!!!! that's what i want to comment d 1st time i saw this,, days ago (?) Glad i'm not just d 1 who noticed that. really,, its obvious,, american accent...... trying really hard......where's d Filipino essence she's proud of?

  • @passivelai yep. actually i have a lot of friend in u.s. and most of them dont like charice cos she almost dont know the country philippines.... she dont even come here in the philippines most of the time to sing. the only reason why she's there is the money that she can get by singing. she dont sing in the philippines because she know they will offer her a very low amount of money

  • @khiehl ganun. he hehe wid regards to that i have no comment, coz i dont personally know charice, her attitude u know. napansin ko lang talaga kc, d ganun ka perpekto english nya but she really tried to sound like americans. ala nman difference f tunog pinay na ng iingles sya, basta english maiintindihan din sya ng iba nya fans. ayaw b nya pahalata na she rooted actually from the Philippines?

  • @khiehl Charice deserves to be in the international scene. What is so special about Filipino Entertainment Industry?? Maybe to Filipinos but hard to swallow by foreigners. Any Filipino artists would die to have the kind of exposure that Charice has. You and @passivelai are idiots and don't deserve to step on the grounds of America.

  • @lukazahn its not proper to call us idiots just bcoz we have a sense of nationalism and just bcoz we shared our comments. Its our opinion, we didn't insulted you, america nor charice by throwing unaccepted terms to both of you. do u know wen to be rude or not?

  • @passivelai LoL. Your sense of nationalism is to ridicule Charice's accent and saying she is forgetting her Filipino heritage when in fact this girl has literally put Philippines in the forefront with her rise to fame. Rude of you to doubt about her Filipino heritage. Only idiots would question that. Do you question Lea Salonga's "Filipino" as well because she speaks with clear American accent? I mean all the places in Asia, isn't Philippines the most western influenced of them all??

  • @passivelai check your grammar dude! lol..we didn't insulted?????....duh! say...we didn't insult..Fuck you

But at least i'm tryin' to work on it. 1 thing, ang edukasyon lola, never gnagamit para laitin ang kapwa.

  • @khiehl just because she doesn't perform much in the country doesn't mean she's less patriotic.Let's face it what she has is an international profession. Why would she spend so much time in the Philippines when there is very little opportunity for profit? Just think of her as an OFW who can't spend much time in the Philippines because she's working abroad.Do you think it's just that easy for her to setup a performance in the Philippines? You are all being OA, you better worry about other things.

  • @khiehl + @passivelai = Ass Monkeys LOL. The classic example of "birds of a feather flock together" Ignorance following ignorance. "(You) have a lot of friend in u.s. and most of them don't like charice cos she almost dont know the country (PI)?" You are so full of shit that I am sure your stench could wake up the dead - LOL.

  • @khiehl dude..better to write in your own language..your english is so awkward..correction: LOTS of friends because it's plural..she DOESN'T because she is singular..he he..your comment about Charice is a BIGOT kind of thing..very narrow. I am not a filo but lots of Filipinos here in the U.S whom I know love Charice very much..they even travel from one place to another and spend lots of dollars just to see her and hear her sing

  • @passivelai If she had a tinge of Filipino accent in this video, then you know what would have happened?!! She would be criticized by another stupid azz Filipino complaining that her "English" is not perfect. So typical of you Filipinos. Rather than appreciate one of your own who has proudly proclaim "Filipino" in her concert and to the world...you continue to nitpick her at every turn. As far as I'm concerned, I would rather have her become an American Citizen!

  • @lukazahn yes ur correct. unfortunately but its the trend in the Philippines. If she speak imperfect english that sounds Filipino, n den some stupid, as u say, other pnoys criticize her.... she can resort to learning good english using Filipino tongue.

  • @passivelai What the fudge is "learning good English using Filipino tongue"??! Articulation and being understood is important. As a foreigner, Filipino accent is hard on the ear. On this video, Charice is clear with her English. I can understand her way better when I first saw her videos on Ellen. We all know Charice is from the Philippines! Why do you Filipinos in the Philippines have to remind her?

  • @lukazahn coz she seems 4rgetting. action speaks louder than words.

  • @passivelai Ya. I hope she drops Philippines like a bucket of doodoo. That country doesn't she deserve her anyway.

  • @lukazahn and being foreigner to americans....... their "slang" english is also hard on our ear. but we dont blame them coz they r americans, we expect them to speak that way coz they r americans.

  • @passivelai Ya...but when it comes to enterntainment...we rule! So take the back seat and stick to your karaoke variety shows.

  • @passivelai arguing with you is like arguing to a 8 year old kid back to grade school..BIGOT!

  • @78applemac getting involved to other peoples' argument is an act of too old granny having Alzheimer's disease. Makisawsaw ba.

  • @78applemac like arguing to AN 8 yr. old..... my dear. eight starts with a vowel so it should be preceded by an article AN instead of A.....BIGOT!!!

  • @passivelai Typical "Filopicaholic" some of you Filos are so pathetic it is ridiculous. Stay in your peanut gallery cuz your ignorance is not wanted here.

  • @passivelai come'on ! it was not like she spoke in tagalog with an american accent. theres nothing wrong speaking in american english with american accent, because there in no such thing as american english in filipino accent or vice versa. her english has improved and filipinos bashed her when her english was poor, filipinos+other nationalities bashed her.. dont make things too difficult for her. let her live her life..

  • @lhiz646 ha ok. i'm sure ur not pnoy so maybe we have diff. perception or interpretation wd this situation. in our culture...., heh never mind. ok i just happened to watch d vid n replied 1 commentor. the reply happened to be nega so other die hard fans cannot accept nega, only positive thats why ..... ok no big deal

  • w0w

  • 23 are bieber funs

  • "I have a dream that my CHARICE will not be judged by the color of her skin but by the content of her character and talent. "

You are truly the reincarnation of the my Queen Whitney Houston.

I take you for all what you are and for everything that you do, I don't need to look further, you broke down my walls with the strength of your voice! I have nothing if I don't have you.

You go girl! Win the world!, but take care of your soul, too many wolfs around you now.

    Greetings to your mom.

  • @andariegodelamor Wow! You said all the right words!
