I've always admired Charice, and I've always expected her to make it big outside the Philippines because I knew Filipinos will look for a certain look and image, and ignore talent.

My only take on this is when Charice came to America she could barely speak english and now that she has stayed and learned how to speak the language she has become more engaging in her interviews. But it seems like she's starting to lose her sense of nationality and individuality. I guess that is why most Filipinos are not very supportive of Charice. She would be criticized by another stupid azz Filipino complaining that her "English" is not perfect. So typical of you Filipinos. @passivelai What the fudge is "learning good English using Filipino tongue"??! Articulation and being understood is important. As a foreigner, Filipino accent is hard on the ear. On this video, Charice is clear with her English. I can understand her way better when I first saw her videos on Ellen. We all know Charice is from the Philippines! Why do you Filipinos in the Philippines have to remind her?
